ZillowVERIFIEDBeing new to the area, I met Bryn when I called her agency long distance wanting to come down and see a few properties listed. It was like we already knew each other when we spoke. She is very easy to get along with and listens to key points of what you are looking for in a property. She was very informative of the different areas of town and what they had to offer so we could make an informed decision. We only met twice when we found the house for us. After going back home, she kept us informed throughout the process and consistently responded to calls and emails. We really appreciated the great communication she provided, and everything was handled very meticulously without a hitch. We were very satisfied! Thanks a lot, Bryn!

ZillowVERIFIED Bryn was outstanding in every way, and very responsive. She is a no fluff realtor and tells you the facts as they are. When selling a home, you don't need to deal with realtors saying anything you want to hear. Bryn is very professional and gets the job done. She will work extensively around your schedule for any showings or open houses. Seriously, if you want to sell your house without the usual fluff, hire Bryn and she will get the job done. Great personality, work ethic, knowledge, professionalism, customer focused, and a realtor that really does work for you. Hire Bryn, and you can't go wrong.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Bryn for a few years trying to find the perfect house in San Marcos. Since I was out of state when we found the perfect house, Bryn handled everything for me. There were multiple offers on the house but Bryn handled the negotiations and the closing. After closing, she has managed all aspects of the home until I get to Texas this month. I cannot say enough about Bryns knowledge of the market, professionalism, and her follow through. I would highly recommend working with Bryn.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryn Major Locke is EVERYTHING one would want in a realtor. She was our agent on a house we recently purchased. Many factors involved in the purchase made the process a very lengthy and complicated one. Bryn responded to every challenge, every surprise, every hiccup and every delay with cheerful grace, solutions, ideas and positivity. She is so smart, so practical, so real, so genuinely caring and kind, and so reliable and responsive. She was thereA for us at all hoursaEUR"aEUR"with immediate response to any communication, big or small. She was invested in our project as if it were her own purchase. She was like the best, most capable friend to have guiding us throughout.A Her work ethic and moreover, her overall ethic, shines through in everything she does, in the way she interacts with everyone and the way she approaches everything. Her professionalism is unparalleled, yet she's also warm, friendly, funny and just so real.We are beyond grateful to have had her as our agent. We will hire her for any property transactions in the future, and we will recommend her to everyone we know.A Bryn is THE PERFECT realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I randomly found Bryn Major when we were looking for a home to purchase in San Marcos in 2015. Since then, she has been an excellent real estate professional for all of our needs. She has shown us other homes in the area and still helps with keeping that first home leased. Bryn is from San Marcos and knows the San Marcos and New Braunfels area. We have continued to use her because she listens carefully and remembers what you are looking for in a home purchase. I highly recommend Bryn for all of your real estate needs.abs

ZillowVERIFIED Bryn helped me buy my home in New Braunfels. She was very patient with me as I wasn't entirely sure what town I wanted to buy in. She helped me find a great home in a great neighborhood that is perfect for me and my kids. She also helped me communicate with the home builder to work out a few changes to my house even though it was almost completely built by the time I decided to buy it. I highly recommend Bryn Major and would not hesitate to ask her to represent me again if needed.

ZillowVERIFIED My partner and I feel so lucky to have found Bryn for our home search. As first-time homebuyers, we didn't quite know what to expect even though we did plenty of research beforehand. Bryn explained everything to us clearly, honestly, and candidly. It was obvious to us that she genuinely wanted us to find a home that we could afford and be happy in. We knew we could trust her when she didn't judge us on how little of a DP we had (we had spoken earlier that year with an agent some of our friends worked with but she didn't have the time of day for us when we told her what we had). Bryn never pushed us and allowed us to take our time to figure out what we wanted. She responded within minutes to all of our texts/emails and showed us the properties we wanted to see usually within 24 hours. Above all, we most appreciated Bryn's easygoingness and honesty. She never sugarcoated anything just to make a sale--and we were especially vulnerable to that as first-time homebuyers. She made the whole process feel really relaxed and not at all intimidating. We also ran into some issues with the seller and the process kept being stalled, but Bryn managed to get everything done in a very small window. We couldn't be happier with our home and still can hardly believe we made it happen, all with Bryn's help. We highly recommend her and won't hesitate to contact her again if we sell/buy another property.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryn was so helpful in the process of us relocating To New Braunfels. We were unfamiliar with the area, as we were coming from another part of the state. She was patient with us & our 3 children throughout the entire process. She fought hard for us, for a fair and honest deal. We ended up in the perfect for us home! If you are on the hunt for a hardworking, fair, honest, sweet & kind agent, look no further!

ZillowVERIFIED Bryn Major is a thorough and conscientious real estate professional who helped us find a property in South Texas. We are currently living out of the area, and relied on Bryn to help us find the right place. She listened to what our goals and preferences were, and made recommendations for areas in San Antonio/New Braunfels that would meet our requirements. She previewed the listings and researched any HOA or deed restrictions that might eliminate a property from consideration. When we made a trip to visit in person, we only saw serious contenders. Bryn also guided us through the offer process so that we ended up paying a price that was less than the asking price in a hot real estate market. I highly recommend Bryn as either a listing or buyers agent in the San Antonio/New Braunfels metro area.

ZillowVERIFIED Listed and sold our home at 322 white willow, San Marcos Tx. She had to work with a difficult buyers agent who had no common sense. I thank her for being firm and positive thru the course of the sale. Bryn and my wife found our forever home. Home still needs work but the wife and I are extremely happy. Bryn handles herself well and is a asset to her company and loyal to who she is a agent for.

ZillowVERIFIED My boyfriend and I were looking for a house in the San Marcos or New Braunfels area. We currently live in a one bedroom/one bathroom house right now with our Australian Shepard. We let Bryn know what we wanted (a fenced in yard, bigger house, dishwasher, etc.) and she immediately started working to find what we were looking for. She sent us a long list of houses that fit our description as close as possible. We picked a couple houses on the list to view and she was incredibly flexible in showing us the houses. She answered every single question we had. I would recommend Bryn to anyone looking to rent or purchase a house. She made the entire experience positive and stress-free!

We coincidentally bought one of the homes she showed us that day. We highly recommend Bryn Major for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved 300 miles across state. We had a newborn and could not travel long distances often. Brynn was so helpful through the whole process. She kindly took us to multiple properties, and then we eventually decided to build in a neighborhood she suggested would be perfect for us. We love it here so much! She even video-conferenced showings of properties and our closing because we couldn't be in town. She helped us choose a city that would be great for our family. She was honest and upfront with us. She is very knowledgeable and helped us through the loan process and closing process with ease. Thank you Brynn!!!
