She is not only knowledgeable about the market, but she was able to point out potential concerns with houses before we got to the inspection stage. In addition to being very knowledgeable and transparent, she took time out of her schedule to be present for my home inspection. When mold was discovered in the attic of my prospective home, she arranged for a mold remediation expert to inspect the attic, met him at the house, shared his feedback with me, and offered suggestions on how to manage the negotiation with the sellers. She was so great and helped to make my home-buying experience a really positive one. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Bryne was the listing agent for the home I purchased in NE Oak Park December 2015.I reached out to her to see the home at 10 am and at noon I was walking into what is now my house.I was a first time homebuyer....concerned about everything that could go wrong. I had dealt with agents in the past and prefer Bryne's style - which was steady, not pushy, and not egotistical. The sellers were not local and proved to be difficult as we neared the end of the deal. I believe Bryne did her best to stay fair on both sides. I've been in my house for 4 months and there haven't been any major surprises. I waited to review her because I wanted it to be thorough....I wanted to let you know how things were after the dust settled. There is nothing to report that is unfair or dishonest and I would recommend Bryne. I would also work with her to sell my home and purchase another.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryn listened!!! I was looking for a place without a lot of notice after my divorce. I have a bunch of well-meaning real estate agent friends, and they all sent me lots of great places that I could never afford due to my circumstances. I used to live in an expensive condo, and all the agents I talked to didn't understand what I was looking for. I wanted something in the $50-60K range, not the $250K range. Bryn and I chatted via email and text, and she gave me great info on neighborhoods I wouldn't have even known existed. We looked at a bunch of places, and the experience wasn't scary or intimidating-- it was actually fun. Bryn even connected me with a credit union that could works with my tricky situation. She's a great negotiator, too, and when I put in an offer on a place that wasn't worth the asking price, she knew when to walk away. We found the perfect house for me; she worked her magic; I have a home, not just a house. Oh, and she was dead-on about the neighborhood-- all of a sudden after I closed on my place, it's all over the news and all sorts of amazing new restaurants and shops are moving in. I can't recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough good things about Bryn . If there were a 10 star rating I would have to give her an 11 ! My house was on the market for 6 months with another Realtor . Needless to say he did nothing . Enter Bryn . She immediately helped me to determine what work had to be done , and did a walk through that was thorough down to seeing every light had a bulb and they all worked . I am not very computer literate so she helped me every step of the way . constantly keeping me informed through texts , emails and even put up with a late night call from me . Within 14 days , yep 14, she had an acceptable offer for me , and I closed today in just 42 days total . She is extremely knowledgeable , very reliable and I would recommend her to ANYONE looking to sell their home in the Royal Oak Detroit metropolitan area !! Even if you live out of state like I do .
