Bryce was easy to work with, was accommodating of our schedules and would respond to questions very promptly. He met with us and looked through our home, pointing out some things we could do to enhance our home value while also keeping a realistic approach to the changes to our home. We discussed prices of comparable homes in the area and set an initial sale price for our house. He scheduled open houses on a regular basis and kept us apprised of any feedback from people who visited our home. We spoke regularly and he kept us up to date on what was going on with the sale. He told us about how long it would take to sell our house on average and we sold it 3 days ahead of his estimate for a good price. While this was going on, he also was working with us to find a new house. He sat down and listened to what we were looking for and came back with a list of houses in our price range, requested areas of the city that met our requests. He would set up appointments to see these houses and the ones we found on Zillow and take us through the houses. He had always done his homework prior to touring the houses. He knew additional information about the house, the neighborhood and other things to consider from his knowledge of the area. In the end we found a house we love and Bryce was invaluable in the offer/contract phase of the purchase. He recommended people for the inspection, the mortgage and other services and in all cases they were professional and easy to work with while taking care of us as customers.When we say that we would recommend Bryce to anyone, we mean it because we have already sent other friends to Bryce and he has helped them in the same high quality, professional manner he helped us.

He listened to my needs and wants, and showed me housed that reflected that he was listening. As I wasnt familar with the area he took the time to make sure I understtod what the different areas of town and the surrounding communities had to offer. He took me looking several times until I found just what I was looking for. Then he walked me through the negotiation, contract, inspections, etc. until we were finally at closing day. Bryce will work as hard as you want him to. He can send you emails daily of new listings or you can tell him the houses that you want to look at. I also like getting immediate responsesfrom Bryce. He would call the sellers and schedule 6 showings in a night if we were up to it. I am happy to say as long as I am living in the Wichita area Bryce Jones will be my realtor. Since we are from out of town, Bryce understood that we needed to look for a home on the weekend. We had a couple of Marathon Saturdays where Bryce was willing to show us several properties. He was patient and put no pressure on us to make a quick decision. He was a great listener as we weighed the pros and cons of each property, getting us all the infromation we needed to make our decision.
