Bryan came really well prepared. Very professional, very confident about his knowledge of the market in our area. Always very responsive to our calls or texts. Other agents that we interviewed, priced our house based on comps from two years ago since nothing had sold recently in my neighborhood. Whereas Bryan looked for comps from a year or less around our area. Immediately after telling him we wanted him to sell our house, he had stagers come in and a photographer. In 7 days he had our house listed, with pics and all, in the MLS. Seven days later we had multiple offers.
