I don't give easy praise and my standards are probably higher than the average client. That being said, I was extremely fortunate to find Bryan Sinnett. He is the most dedicated, responsive, and knowledgeable realtor I have ever met. He has mastered real estate knowledge but also an impressive amount about home construction. He understands how to navigate complexity and the varying personalities involved in complex deals. My situation was quite complicated as I was selling my house and moving to a newly constructed house that was delayed multiple times. I am certain that had Bryan not been my agent we would not have been able to create an eventual win for all parties. I am guessing my situation is one of the toughest for an agent to deal with and Bryan showed the dedication, empathy, optimism, and know-how to make it work. They went above and beyond in helping us find a home remotely while we were in Texas, negotiate on repairs with the sellers, close, then help get the repairs actually done, all before we left Texas. Bryan knows a lot about construction and educated us on which houses to avoid and which ones to seriously consider. He didn't hold back from suggesting which homes to move on from and which to consider. Lesley knows a lot about schools and how to navigate them, having taught in public school herself, and showed me how to use Wake County's site to research schools. She was always available to do Skype showings, procure information on specific houses, and of course understands the whole buying process very well. Marisol was also always available to answer questions and was a vital source when negotiating repairs after the inspection. Not being aggressive people by nature, my husband and I had what turned out to be a rather measly list of repairs that we asked for which we sent to Marisol. She almost immediately asked us to call her to discuss. When we did, she took the time to go item by item down the inspection, with firm reasons why or why not to ask for certain repairs. When we finished, we had assembled a considerably longer list than we started with, which the sellers agreed to. We would never have asked for, and received, nearly as much as we did without her guidance.Not only did they assist during the process, but they continued to be there for us well after we closed. From facilitating contact with contractors, scheduling a handyman to do the aforementioned repairs, providing names of other vendors, even leaving a lockbox at the house until we moved in, we would've fumbled cluelessly without their help. I will happily recommend Bryan and his team.

Bryan had been able to book the first showing for a house that had just hit the market, and as soon as we got to the property we knew we had found our home. This was a good thing because in our fast-paced market there was already a sight-unseen-offer for the house by the time we left, and without Bryan we wouldn't have a home. My wife and I were first time home buyers struggling to do it alone when we were introduced to Bryan through family friends, and it was exactly what we needed. Having never formally owned a home we had a million questions, and we needed someone that was knowledgeable and had the patience to guide us through the process. He exceeded our expectations! In the fall of 2013 we purchased a neglected home in dire need of a renovation. The challenges associated with purchasing this type of property were numerous, and Bryan was a big help in every aspect of the purchase as well as determining the required renovations and scope of work. He connected us to a very skilled builder that we would not have found otherwise. Several months later, once the renovation was completed and we moved in, Bryan was again our agent for the sale of our previous home. He again proved to be invaluable as he quickly found a buyer that paid the full listing price. After that he successfully navigated us through the appraisal process and the repair contract negotiations, both of which enabled us to close on the home with 5 weeks of the signing of the purchase contract.
