Bryan did an excellent job serving me. He was patient when I wasn't quite ready to sell - but on the ball once I made the decision I was ready. He did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process, and was very professional, yet personable to work with. I would recommend him as a realtor if you are looking to sell your house.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan was exceptional at helping in anything and everything we needed. We where not an easy couple to deal with being the market was going very quick and every house we found was yanked away in some sorts and we even put a hold on things at one point but in the end he found us are dream home and I couldnt have asked for a better ending to this journey! So in regards from my family to you thank you for everything and finding us are forever home!!

ZillowVERIFIED We went into this house buying process with absolutely no idea what we were doing. We have a baby on the way and that was the prime reason to buy our own home. Bryan was very understanding, and patient with all our questions and answered to the best of his ability. If he didn't know he figured out who he needed to ask. Bryan listened to our concerns, and also our likes and dislikes in other homes we looked at, he ultimately did end up sending us the home we purchased and it is perfect for us and our growing family!

ZillowVERIFIED To the Owners / CEO of Re/max Unlimited Tiffin Ohio for the fact that I have never met Bryan Schube personally, I gave him 5 stars for the 3 years invested in real estate sales and service to your local community . After 35 years investing in property I found that Bryan Schube is a straight up agent and follows through all the way to the end of the Real Estate transaction and then some. I would highly recommend Bryan to any one, and use him for all my real estate needs. Good job Bryan keep up the good work. Seller John Simmons

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan was the most amazing person to work with in getting my new home! His knowledge of the Real estate industry is quite remarkable. This was my first house and i was quite nervous. Bryan made things so much nicer and easier on me. He explained everything that i needed to know. I have been looking for my dream house for about a year now. Bryan was nice and kind enough to show me houses on the weekends. He would go through the houses with me, show me things i needed to keep an eye out for. Heck he was even getting dirty in the basement of one house with me just to see what were looking at. Bryan was very patient and knew how to navigate the Bank that I was working with. He knew how to navigate this whole home buying scenario so that we could get to the finish line. I closed last Friday! I WOULD TRULY RECOMMEND BRYAN FOR YOUR HOME BUYING PROCESS!

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan and I looked at many houses together, most of which were far away from him but he always made time for me and made sure he could get me into every house i wanted to look at. While looking, he helped me inspect the house and answered every question i had honestly, to the best that he could. 10/10 would recomend Bryan to anyone, best realtor Ive ever worked with and will be sure to hire him again!

He was always quick to respond, EVEN ON VACATION ????. After closing he also hooked us up with the company moving truck which saved us hundreds. I highly recommend the entire team at the Remax Tiffin office. They were all incredibly welcoming, friendly, and level headed.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan was super fast at getting back to me. Hes super nice and friendly. I had alot of trouble at the beginning of finding a home. The pictures didnt look nothing like what the homes actully looked like. I told Bryan what i was looking for and the moment a home fit that criteria he was on it and send me a link. And the home i bought was one he found for me. Anything he saw in a home he pointed out and i had a very good home buying experience with him

We have been looking aEURoelong distanceaEUR? for our dream home for nearly a year. The challenges of shopping from across the country have been numerous. Bryan has been there for us every step of the way, answering questions, quickly returning calls, sending emails, finding properties, arranging Skype house tours and so much more. He has gone above and beyond the duties of a normal agent, keeping us updated at every turn, and we couldnt be more pleased with his services! Bryan cares about his clients, and works extremely hard to give A+ service. We are very happy with our new Ohio home and would recommend Bryan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan was fantastic from the start of the process to the finish---he heard our concerns and wishes for what we were looking for in a home, and was communicative with us throughout the process of searching and choosing a home. When we were ready to sell our home and get the process moving, he kept in constant communication with us to make the process smooth and easy. He answered all questions that we had, and if he didn't know the answer immediately, he found it, and then communicated back to us. We were extremely impressed, and highly recommend Bryan for both purchasing and selling a home!
