He did a wonderful job - his marketing plan was effective - the property was widely advertised, the photographs were professionally done, he spent time assuring the property was properly priced and accurately described - as a result there were many showings in the first 4 days, and it sold quickly. His support staff was wonderful - Fast. efficient, and on top of every detail. Phone calls were answered immediately, they were accessible evenings and weekends, they were spring. I am very pleased with my new home. I cannot say enough good very responsive despite being extremely busy due to the hot market this things. Competent at every stage. Highly recommended.

Review Bryan is the only guy that we will call to both buy and sell! Super upfront and honest is what I like in a realtor and this is him. If you want someone that will stand up for you during the selling and or buying process your done searching! My wife and I have now purchased 2 houses and sold 1 house with Bryan as our realtor. The home that we sold was sold in less than 72 hours and 4 showings. He also made multiple almost 1 hour commutes down to the new area where we wanted to move to over the 3 months that we ended up searching for a house. Bryan will have our buying and selling business every time that we need a realtor in the future.
