I'm the host of a real estate news show on BurbankLocals.com, where we break down local market insights and spotlight Burbank's growth. Community has always been an important part of my life. Over the years, I've enjoyed staying involved in simple, hands-on ways -- coaching youth softball through Burbank Parks & Rec, helping at local sports events, and supporting school programs whenever the need came up. I love starting my day with early-morning hikes in the Verdugo Mountains. I'm a regular at local farmers markets -- I never leave without fresh flowers or honey. I enjoy exploring new coffee shops around Burbank. I like volunteering at community events whenever I can. I love discovering new taco spots and mentally ranking them. I'm a renovation-show addict and always guess the budget before the reveal. On Sundays, I'll often pop into open houses just for fun and inspiration. I've been married to my beautiful wife, Kathy, for 36 years, and we've been proud Burbank residents for nearly four decades. This city is where we built our life together -- where we were blessed to raise our daughter, Samantha, and watch her grow up surrounded by a community that truly feels like family. Some of my favorite memories are from the years I spent coaching her softball teams through Burbank Parks & Rec and cheering on her local sports events.
