ZillowVERIFIED Where to start with this wonderful adventure with Bryan (it will be a long story but worth reading)... A co-worker referred me to Bryan in early 2020. I had another agent previously and wasnt satisfied. She only cared about the sale and didnt provide any knowledge when looking at houses. I started looking for houses in February 2020 with Bryan and man was that the best move i could have done!!! We met in person to get a feel and from the start, i was impressed and felt very comfortable with him. We looked at a few houses and from our first meeting, he didnt disappoint when actually going to houses with his personality and knowledge. NO FALSE CLAIMS BY HIM, HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. He showed me things to look for which i never would of known to do when house hunting. Then in April i got furloughed for 4 months and had to stop. That didnt deter him, he still kept in contact and genially cared about us. After i started back to work, Bryan was right on it, showing us multiple house every weekend. Im not an easy person to work with and he could put up with me, that means a lot. He never got frustrated with me nor made me feel like i have to go with a certain house. Price didnt matter to him, i knew he was there for me and not the sale. After almost a year, finally found the right house that fits my needs and wants. Submitted an offer and was accepted. Bryan was always there to answer every question/concern i had (which is a lot) and always got back to me in a timely fashion. He made the whole experience and process amazing. For a first time home owner, i cant express enough how great he is. I highly highly recommend him and if you are reading this, please give him a call as you will not be disappointed!!

Although the house was not a good fit for his brother, we were very impressed with Bryans willingness to offer us pointers on house selling, as well as all of his positive energy. When we finally figured out we were awful Real Estate Agents, we reached out to Bryan to help with the listing and sale. House was gone in less than a week for slightly higher than asking price.
