I'm a big believer that things always happen for a reason. I had a listing recently that went under contract with an offer at asking price but shortly into due diligence the buyers terminated because they had a back up offer on another property that had come available. I consulted with my client, reviewed our marketing plan and assured him we would be fine and after just a couple days of being back on market we went under contract again but this time for an extra $5K more net to the seller!
I got started in Real Estate shortly after purchasing my first home. I fell in love with the process, the entrepreneurial spirit of the industry and the freedom that came with "being my own boss". At the time I worked for a family-owned sports retail shop, working tough hours and for low pay. I decided to look into other career paths, rediscovered real estate and never looked back!
I have a Bachelor's degree of Business Administration in Managment from the University of North Georgia. I also prioritize my continuing education as a real estate salesperson licensee to stay up to date on current matters and to continue providing the best service possible to my clients.
