My name is Bryan Garcia and I am Principal Broker and Licensed Realtor(R) with EXIT Heritage Realty in historic downtown Haymarket, Virginia.

My team, The Garcia Real Estate Group , specializes in helping folks buy and sell real estate in Northern Virginia. Our region of expertise includes the Haymarket | Gainesville | Bristow | Manasssas area of Prince William County, as well as Warrenton and surrounding towns in Fauquier County.

I have been selling real estate full time since March 2002 when I joined my mother Cheryl Garcia, who has been licensed since 1980. We opened Heritage Real Estate in September 2003 and in August 2006 we joined EXIT Realty, as franchise owners. We converted Heritage Real Estate into EXIT Heritage Realty, now one of the fast growing real estate firms in the region.

In 2018, I formed The Garcia Real Estate Group - a team of dedicated real estate professionals - to better serve my clients. The Garcia Real Estate Group combines over 75 years of experience, expertise and talents to provide our clients with a full spectrum of services including: home preparation recommendations, customized marketing, extensive local knowledge, skillful negotiation and successful transaction management.
