ZillowVERIFIEDOutstanding Realtor aEUR" Highly Recommend! We couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Alex Anguish with Better Homes and Gardens Drakulich Realty! From beginning to end, Alex was the definition of professionalism. She kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Her communication was exceptional! She was always responsive, attentive to our questions, and made us feel like we were her top priority. Alex worked incredibly hard to make sure we got the best possible deal on the sale of our home. Her dedication, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. What really sets Alex apart is her personality. She has the perfect combination of professionalism, warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine care for her clients. She is personable, approachable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She truly has the perfect personality for real estate! Selling a home can be stressful, but Alex made the entire experience a breeze! We felt confident knowing we had someone working so hard on our behalf. ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with may realtors over the years, both commercial and residential. I can say that Alex, without a doubt, is the BEST realtor I have ever worked with! Her level of dedication, professionalism, attention to detail, and personal service puts her in a class by herself. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with her on a house sale and a house purchase. On the sale side, Alex put together a great marketing plan with beautiful flyers highlighting all the features of our special home. She drove traffic to our house, getting several potential buyers in the first weekend. We were in escrow a week after we listed the house. I realize this will not be the case for every house she sells, because there are many factors out of her control. Nevertheless, she got our house sold quickly! Throughout the escrow process, she kept in contact with us daily. I never had to reach out to her to find out how things were going. We closed escrow without any hiccups. On the purchase side, Alex showed great patience as we tried to decide between several options. She never made us feel rushed. She took the time to find out details about the properties, giving us additional information to make a well informed decision. She helped us make a fair offer and we closed escrow less than 30 days later. Again, she stayed in constant communication. She went above and beyond in so many ways, too much to elaborate on here. Trust me when I say she did more than anyone could ever expect from their realtor. I wish I was a more eloquent writer because I cannot quite put into words how fantastic Alex is. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling any property. Alex will make you feel like youre her most important client

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa was my agent and did a fantastic job with a quite unique situation. I had already moved to my new house when a truck drove partially into my house, 19 days before closing. She was very knowledgeable about perepheral professionals who could help get my house back into beautiful condition. She advised me about all those little details that I, as the house seller, had not thought of, but which made an important difference.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan was incredible. He took time on a Sunday to take a look at a property for me, and was excellent with assistance on putting in an offer, all while I was in another state. His staff was fantastic, and saw me through the whole process with speed and precision. His staff also appropriately prepared and warned me for any possible fraudulent wire transfer emails, which I did receive, forcing us to change to an alternate method of secure communication. Bryan's vast knowledge of Reno real estate over so many decades was especially notable to me as an out-of-state buyer, as he was able address my concerns of appropriate valuation and neighborhood specifics.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan and Kimberly were an absolute privilege to work with as my family and I looked for and purchased a new home in Reno. Bryan's local experience and knowledge proved invaluable to us, and we are very pleased with our new family home. I highly recommend Bryan and Kimberly Drakulich, especially for those new residents not familiar with the local market.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home in Reno with Bryan Drakulich after interviewing 5 other brokers, because we were impressed with his experience and record of success. He assisted us in finding the right price for our property, and in evaluating the offers we received. When we discovered a lien on the property that should have been removed 20 years ago, he assisted us in getting that released, as well. His success is more noteworthy considering our home was listed during the pandemic, making the entire process more difficult. Please consider Bryan when buying or selling property.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan and his team are simply outstanding. He had a listing that we hoped to purchase and we didnt have an agent at the time. He represented us, as well as the seller, and was transparent and honest throughout the entire process. His team acted quickly and were readily available throughout the entire process. His level of communication was high throughout the entire process, something both my wife and I greatly appreciated. If youre looking for someone to sell your home that is very knowledgeable, but also easy to deal with, you cannot go wrong with Bryan and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan is one of the smartest and most knowledgeable realtors I've worked with. I've purchased 7 properties over the years and this most recent was my 8th. Bryan has a strong business sense and I liked the way he was able to convey information about the broader market trends and then provide excellent advice when it came to our considering specific properties and offer strategies. His real estate company also covers commercial properties and land sales which contribute to his depth of knowledge of the local market. He is a very savvy negotiator, something any buyer or seller should value highly in their real estate professional. And he is fun to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We have purchased and sold our various homes for the past 50+ years. We have dealt with some of the best professionals in the real-estate business - both commercial and residential. When we decided to downsize our home, we were given a choice between the 5 top agents in Northern Nevada. We interviewed and vetted them all. All were top notch professionals but one constantly rose to the top of the list. Everybody that we talked to, without any reservation, could only say great things about Bryan Drakulich. He is not only the perfect, classy gentleman, but he exhibits the confidence, competence and phenomenal knowledge of the market in which he has been successfully working in for the past 40 years. Listen to his message on the Zillow overview and read why every one of his clients gave him a Five Star rating. If you choose Mr. Drakulich, stand by for a first class presentation of your home or property unparalleled by none. His associate broker, Kimberly, is another class act! If you want the best, Bryan Drakulich at DoMore Realty is the man you want working for you. It was an incredible experience.
