ZillowVERIFIED Bryan did an excellent job to meet my specific needs in a timely fashion, especially through an excellent networking structure that he has built over time. He is business-like, but honest, caring, and dependable. At different times, he helped me to find tenants, provided me with actionable information to help me decided whether or not to sell at a particular time, and went above and beyond to find me a place to rent in an emergency.

ZillowVERIFIED It was nice to work with Bryan to sale my condo while living in another state. Bryan is very informative and efficient with great communication skills. In particular, he listed the property with beautiful, professional photos, showed the property to potential buyers and always sought the best offers. For all of these processes, he always kept me updated so that I was well informed "remotely". Now the property is sold. I really appreciated Bryan's professional help.

ZillowVERIFIED Extremely rude, obnoxious phone calls. It is very frustrating to have some being so difficult and pushy. Maybe hes better with others. Cold calling is unprofessional and then to start laughing at someone is rude. I did not appreciate him acting like this.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan and the Good team are top notch- he knows his stuff. Any questions that I had regarding the market and even with selling my unique house- The Castle on Kingsbridge Terrace, he and his team were able to assist. Even if your house is occupied you can trust them. We went out of town and didnt have to fear with them having the keys to the property. The team was always professional and respectful and a pleasure to work with and have local knowledge and connections. Thank you Bryan, Kewin, Samuel, and the entire Gold Team NY EXPs finest! ~The Alexanders

ZillowVERIFIED I don't even know where to begin. Bryan and his team managed my sell AND my purchase through a pandemic, something that is not easy. I lost my original buyer due to his loss of employment and he told me not to worry, and two weeks later Bryan had another buyer (at list price). Not only did he help with the sell of my house but he and his team also assisted in helping me find a new home. I moved from the Bronx to Westchester, both areas he is quite familiar with and was able to provide input about the areas I was viewing. Very accommodating as far as meeting my needs and working with my schedule. I would absolutely recommend him and if I decide to move again, I would call him and him only.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan was great! When we decided we wanted to sell our apartment he came by and gave us some great advice on what improvements to make to increase the value of the apartment and make it more appealing to purchase. After the improvements were made and photos were taken, he had buyers lined up and within a few days we had 4 offers. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable, reliable and followed through on everything from the beginning up until the closing. He was great to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I want to start of by saying how grateful I am for having Janelly as my realtor. She is absolutely amazing. I recently used her to sell my home and we finalized the closing 11/5/2019. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, has fantastic communication skills and is very reliable. What I appreciated the most was the she is GENUINELY sincere and listens to your your concerns and needs. If I could give her more than 5 stars I definitely would. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and will definitely use her again in my future endeavors

ZillowVERIFIED We were able to purchase our first home thanks to Bryan and his team. After working with a different realtor who didnt return any of our calls, we started working with Bryan. He went above and beyond and did a great job in guiding us through all the steps. We are very happy with our new home and it was a great experience working with the Gold Team !

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan is very knowledgeable and very professional in his job. I had listed my condo a few times with other realtors before and couldnt sell it but once Bryan took over it I sold the property in about 7 months and sold it for more than what I was expecting. He hired a professional photographer and was very meticulous in the process. He works along with Janelly which they both make a great team. I would definitely recommend Bryan and Janelly to anyone whos interested in selling their property.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryan Dale, he should called: The Solution. Our problem was, we had a condo that wasn't getting any serious offers in two years. The problem was, inexperienced listing agents, with no follow through, or any real expertise on how to sell. Enter the Solution - Bryan Dale. He came in, assessed the property, gave us an honest evaluation of the property and then hustled to get it sold - within a couple of months. Knowledgeable, dependable and above all, a closer. Thank you Bryan !!!

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a fixer upper in the Granada High district. They found us a house that we could afford, could add on to that ALREADY had re-done bathrooms and kitchens. It was perfect for us. They helped us through the negotiation price and helped to pay less than I would have. They were a terrific support all the way through the escrow process. I highly recommnend them.
