He constantly kept me up to date with progress and potential buyers, something rarely happened during my long experiences with buying and selling. The only minor complaint was that the person handling my escrow was not the most accommodating, and required multiple inquiries to get the info I wanted.

After we met in person, he sent us the documents by messages and patiently guided us and explained well in answering our questions since January 8, 2025. We signed the contract with his company, Kinetic. He assisted us with such as listing price and listing period, disclosure regarding real estate, house inspections, home staging, open and close days, and etc. Bryan and Ed guided us throughout. The sale of our house went through very well, smooth, and the timing is good!
