After we met in person, he sent us the documents by messages and patiently guided us and explained well in answering our questions since January 8, 2025. We signed the contract with his company, Kinetic. He assisted us with such as listing price and listing period, disclosure regarding real estate, house inspections, home staging, open and close days, and etc. Bryan and Ed guided us throughout. The sale of our house went through very well, smooth, and the timing is good! We would say that Bryan was responsible, knew how to guide us without any pressuring on us at all, and he did the job smoothly.
