Besides securing a contract on my house in less than 2 weeks, he arranged to have it cleaned and made presentable at a cost that was far below what estimates that I had acquired. Since I was absent from the property due to living 100 miles away he handled everything on my behalf. After the first contract fell through, he had secured another within 24 hours at a higher selling price than the first! ZillowVERIFIEDWooo-Hooo!!! I am now a first-time homeowner and couldnt be more excited. This is all thanks to Bryan Clark. This was absolutely an amazing experience. I was looking for a realtor who knew the area and was not new to real estate as a profession. A friend of mine referred me to Bryan and I must say, it was the best decision I could have made. Before we got started, I was able to fly into Orlando so I could meet him and we could get a better understanding of what I was looking for in a home. Lets just say, this was an experience I will never forget. He made time to pick me up where I was staying and bring me around to homes we had previously selected to look at in the price range I was wanting. I was super stressed going into the day and he was able to reassure me the process wasnt something to happen fast, but we were going to find the right house for me. The day was going flawless and we had already visited multiple listings. As we were leaving the last listing of the day, we heard a loud crack. We looked at each other and knew it wasnt a good sign. We both get out to see what the problem was; Come to find out, Bryan had parked to close to a parking block and ripped his front bumper halfway off his car. We were able to laugh about my first house hunting experience and use superhero duck tape to attach the bumper and get home safely. With me being a firm believer in everything happens for a reason, I must say this put me at ease. With me living out of state during this house hunting experience, Bryan went out of his way to make sure he was able to show me as many homes as possible. He made sure to take pictures, record the walk-through and even went as far as making sure he was able to book times that worked around my schedule to have a personal video call with him to view multiple listings. With me working for the airlines and always on the go, this was definitely the best for me. After a few months of searching, we had finally found the home for me. With the closing day closing in, I was able to get time off from work to be in Orlando for the final signing of the paperwork. Even though Bryan had many things going on, he made it a point to be there in-person for the final hour and make sure everything went smoothly.
