I like to mention that I was a long distance landlord and I couldnt have done it without bryans help. He has a ton of experience in the local area, makes great recommendations, is very patient and helpful. Other agents we've worked with were very pushy and just wanted to get the transaction done. Bryan is the total opposite. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for then worked hard to find us the perfect home by using his local network. Most agents these days seem to let you do most of the work by just finding homes online then asking to see them. Our experience was totally different with Bryan and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't recommend Bryan enough. If it wasn't for him, I would not have sold my home. That's not an overstatement. After years of trying with other agents in a particularly difficult condo situation, I had simply given up. I had not used Bryan as an agent before (we only met at an open house years and years ago) One day, he called me out of the blue with an opportunity that someone might be interested in buying my place. That did not work out but his drive and optimism made me willing to take one more shot, and it was worth it! Not only did Bryan's professionalism and expertise make the selling process less stressful, he also explained my home's unique situation to prospective buyers to not scare them off. Not only was I able to sell my place finally, but we had a bidding war! Bryan helped me weigh the offers with sage advice from his years of experience and avoid pitfalls on the transaction side of the process. It was clear to me that he had the upper hand in negotiations with other realtors.On top of all this, Bryan is simply someone you'd want to work with. He's friendly, easygoing, hard-working, detail-oriented, a family man, patient and understanding, and reachable by phone/text/email almost all the time. (If you've ever been through this before you probably agree that a flaky realtor who's hard to get in touch with is one of the most aggravating aspects) Bryan also runs his own team, which gives him authority to get things done. ZillowVERIFIED Bryan recently represented me in the purchase of my first property, and I could not be happier with his service. I met Bryan because he was the listing agent of the property I eventually purchased. At the time, I was searching for a property on my own and Bryan offered to help me with the process. I was initially hesitant about dual-agency, but Bryan was not aggressive for my business and simply explained the rules and what his obligations would be to the seller and myself in an attempt to calm my concerns. As a result, I decided to hire Bryan. Throughout the process, Bryan was extremely professional. Despite having a newborn to take care of at home, Bryan was available 24/7 to answer questions via phone, text, or e-mail. Although Bryan was the listing agent of a property I was very interested in, he suggested we visit other properties to compare my options, and within 24 hours he had scheduled showings at multiple other listings. What was most impressive to me was Bryan's ability to coordinate the sale. The seller had been relocated to Australia for business, which caused Bryan to manage a 14 hour time zone difference in addition to handling the extra hurdle of having a relocation company and condo association involved in the transaction. To further add to the headache, I left for a vacation to Europe the day after placing an offer on the property. Despite all of this, Bryan coordinated the sale like a pro and I was able to successfully close on the property on the earliest possible settlement date (about 30 days later).I would highly recommend Bryan to any home buyer or seller, and I look forward to utilizing his services again in the future.
