ReviewBuying a home is one of the biggest decisions youll ever make. Bruno made the process less stressful and I cant imagine having gone through the process with anyone better than him. From day one, he was incredibly patient, never once making us feel rushed or pressured. We looked at many homes out several offers and no matter how many questions we had or how many showings we requested, he was always available and happy to show us the houses. What impressed me the most was how much he genuinely cared about making sure we made the right decision. He took the time to educate us throughout the entire process, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand and making sure we felt confident every step of the way. His knowledge of the market was incredible. He told us that interest rates were likely to go up and that home prices would continue to increase, and he was absolutely right. The market wont be the same in a few months he kept telling us. Thanks to his advice, we felt confident moving forward when we did, and looking back, were so grateful we listened. More than just being a great realtor, he was someone we completely trusted. He always had our best interests at heart, was honest, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping our family find the right home. Some realtors want a quick purchase and to move on. He pointed out potential issues and recommended several services for after the home purchase. Were incredibly thankful for everything he did for us and couldnt recommend him more highly. If youre looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and truly cares about his clients, you wont find anyone better than Bruno.

Review Bruno helped me sell my house quickly. He helped overcome obstacles during the selling process. He also has good interpersonal skills as he was good at explaining what and how to do things in order to proceed with the sell of the house. I would recommend Bruno to a seller.

Review Bruno was an excellent agent, as he understood the type of house we were looking for within our available budget, He explained to us, step by step, the things we needed to keep in mind when choosing a house. If we decide to buy another property in the future, we would definitely choose Bruno again.

Review Bruno is a world class real estate agent. From the beginning, he made the process so simple and worked on my schedule. There were times when a property would hit the market, and we would be there in the next hour. Bruno treated me like family, and kept amazing communication even if it was bad news. Thanks to him, I found the perfect home in less than a month. This would not have been possible with anyone else. Bruno is top class, and hands down the best real estate agent in New York. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants a real estate agent who truly believes in helping you find the best home to fit your needs.

Review Going into the process to buy a new home for the first time was very intimidating for my husband and I. However, once we met Bruno, we immediately felt as ease! His demeanor told us right away that he was thrilled to help us in searching for a home which made us less nervous about the process and instead, more excited. The biggest thing we appreciated about Bruno was his patience as we went from house to house. He was also very helpful in understanding what we were looking for and helped with our searches. And after almost 20 houses later, we finally closed on our dream home! There is no way we would have been able to get through this process as smoothly as we did without Bruno. We will always think of him whenever we speak to others about how we found our dream home and will be recommending him to others when they begin their home buying process.

Review Bruno did an amazing job and was a key piece of us getting this deal closed. He always responded on a timely manner. He's an experienced realtor and it shows. Our situation with the seller wasn't the best, but with Bruno's help we were able to close. He kept a good communication with the seller's agent and always got back to me with important information. I highly recommend him.

Review Our experience with Bruno was amazing! My roommate and I have had a lot of bad experiences with listings and realtors. Many of them have been unresponsive and shady. I had a good feeling about Bruno when he was both prompt and professional in his responses. We ended up renting our dream apartment with his help. It was genuinely a great experience.

Review We want to say Thanks to Mr. Bruno Ruiz, he has been a great help in showing us homes, having a flexing schedule, and keeping us updating whenever a house was on the market that suit us better. His expertise in talking to sellers helped a lot and his experience in the field of House market came into play very much especially knowing the area of the home. I wouldn't accept another Real Estate Agent if it were not for Mr. Bruno Ruiz, his charisma and attitude helped us get our new home.

Review Thank you, Bruno, for helping me to find my first apartment in NYC! The whole process (from seeing the apartment on a website and reaching out to him, to actually signing the lease) took about a week. Bruno was with me every step of the way, and answered any questions I had. When we got to the apartment, he knew everything about it, and was able to explain everything with such great detail. He was there the day I signed the lease and, along with the landlord, was able to walk me through the whole process and made me comfortable even though I was definitely overwhelmed. Again, thank you so much Bruno! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a place.

Review I had the experience of purchasing my first multi family house through #adcnyrealty. I spoke and worked with various realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found Bruno Ruiz-Castano. When making such a big decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust.Throughout the past several months, Bruno has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was; even on his family vacation. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision during this process. I would highly recommend Bruno to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to Bruno for being such a pleasure to work with. Hopefully we can continue to work together in the near future. Thankfully,Dr. Estevez

Review I agreed to have Bruno represent me as a dual agent for two listings he made at 590 Southern Boulevard in the Bronx. On one of his listings, the seller accepted my offer and as my lawyer processed the paperwork, he went behind my back and sold the unit to another buyer. He did not give me any notification whatsoever, and I had been polite and followed up all of his suggestions as fast as I could. I was betrayed, and I believe he merely used my offers in order to get higher offers on the unit.I'm not sure why he would act so unethically against me - perhaps he was biased against me for some reason.

Review My lease was up 10/31/18, I had been looking for a place since the end of August. I was getting very discouraged. I had 10 days left to move. I found and apt on Zillow and contacted Bruno on Sunday. He was very nice, did not complain about the intrusion. He arranged to show me the apt on Monday. I had the keys on 10/29/18. He turned out to be a real gem in the wasteland of real estate agents. I love the neighborhood. I'm liking the apt. No complaints. I would not only use him again IF the need arise but I WILL recommend him to all Family and friends. I think he is AWESOME!

Review Bruno was a complete Godsend! I was looking for an apartment that accepted large dogs and spent over a month dealing with other realtors with little follow-up and no luck. Enter Bruno! Within the span of a week Bruno showed 5 apartments within my price range, in the areas I wanted and most important accepted dogs! He has great relationships with management companies and all the apartments I saw were fully renovated with NEW appliances. Bruno was available to answer all my questions (believe me I asked many) at all hours! Bruno is fantastic! When the time comes to buy, I will also use Bruno! Thanks Bruno!
