First they gave us an honest assessment of the property and practical advice throughout the selling of the house. There was a tremendous amount of work that went into the selling of the house including arranging for repairs, removing an oil tank, arranging numerous inspections, and working through a number of legal issues. I've bought and sold several houses over my lifetime but never had the kind of support that Bruce and Lee provided during this sale. And they are both really nice too. It felt like working with family.

ZillowVERIFIED We first called Bruce, who was very progressional. He put us in touch with his wife, Lee and we worked primarily with her from then on in. Lee was fantastic.We represented a particularly difficult case as we were from out of state, and first home buyers. Lee did a great job of showing us around a handful of houses in a single day. We told her what we liked and what we didn't like. She listened to us, which showed in the options she presented to us. She helped us all the way through the process: from putting an offer on to closing. Because we were from out of town, most of our communication was over the phone. Lee went above and beyond and was essentially on call for us any time we had a question. She helped with letting contractors in for obtaining quotes. In fact, she even called the contractors if we asked her to. She also arranged for Bruce to be available the day our furniture arrived, which was three days ahead of us, to help move our furniture inside. She also helped with practical advice such as how to change over the utilities etc., which I know I probably could have just googled, but calling Lee was so much less confusing. On the day of closing, Lee and Bruce bought us some champagne to celebrate, which was a really nice touch.Buying a home is complicated. It occupies more brain space than it really should, but Lee - with the help of Bruce - made this time hassle free and fun. We have already recommended Lee to our friends, and when the dust settles we'll be contacting her again for future properties.
