We sold a West Orange home from across the country, and Bruce did a phenomenal job keeping us updated on progress, managing everything from landscaping to repairs, and getting us the maximum value on the sale. His knowledge of the area was extremely important as well, as he worked with the town to get a town inspection expedited that allowed us to close a few days early. This was our first time selling a house, and Bruces knowledge and patience to answer any and all questions was very helpful. We always felt like we were being listened to, and his response time seemed to never take more than a few minutes. ZillowVERIFIED Bruce is the best. I bought my first home, a condo, in Jersey City. He made the entire home buying experience as easy and painless as possible. I started my search while living outside the country and Bruce setup zoom meetings with me so that he understood what I was looking for and to walk me through the process. Once I moved back to the US, he quickly setup viewings according to what I liked. At each step of the process, he told me what to expect and was very patient. He placed absolutely no pressure on me to make any offers. I felt very well informed, which was important to make the process less stressful. I really highly recommend Bruce. If you want someone who is professional, honest and will be with you every step of the way, then hes your agent. Also, if youre a newbie like me, then his experience and advise will be very valuable. Ive already recommended him to my sister and brother in law!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the privilege of working with Bruce Marcus during our recent relocation. Bruce represented us in the sale of our home and was an outstanding realtor. He really went above and beyond to help us secure a buyer. This included him reaching out to the local tax assessor to inquire about the status of our appeal and to gain some critical information. Because he went this extra mile, the tax appeal progressed after being stalled for 18 months, resulting in a major reduction in our taxes. This was critical to the sale of our home since the feedback we received was that the house was wonderful, but the taxes were too high. His actions directly resulted in securing a buyer for the home, which he also did by going the extra mile with interested parties. Bruce also was there for us and assisted throughout the entire process. Since we had already moved out of state, Bruce also went above and beyond on numerous occasions to meet various people at the house. He was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Bruce to others looking for a professional, detailed, and responsive realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough great things about Bruce. If I were to try not to overstate it, I'd say he is perhaps the most incredible agent that has ever existed (so far!). Bruce worked tirelessly with us in the trenches viewing dozens (maybe hundreds!?) of homes in what will be known as the great NYC exodus of 2020. The dearth of supply, staggering demand, and logistical challenges marked a distinct period that challenged our realtor team. Bruce was like Captain Miller to our Private Ryan, Wallace to our Scot, or Red to our Dufresne. As we dodged machine gun fire from fellow buyers as if on Omaha beach, avoided traps from zealous sellers as if laid by Longshanks himself, and crawled through waste to our suburban freedom, Bruce was there to charismatically lead us to success. Bruce worked mornings, nights, weekends. Every and any time we asked for a viewing, a call, or anything at all, he made himself available. "I'm available!" were words consistently and selflessly voiced by Bruce. Moreover, there was such a refreshing lack of pressure and candid feedback on the homes we worked on together. At first we were skeptical about ulterior motives of an agent in such a position; but as we were all tested among the multitude of prospects Bruce never once wavered on this. Bruce and his wonderful partner Harvey learned our style over time and werent afraid to delicately tell us if a home wasn't right for us. Viewing after viewing, disappointment after disappointment, and failed cinematic metaphor after metaphor; Bruce was undaunted. He consistently kept up our spirits with his lighthearted and sincerely kind personality. Many agents appear to be nice or helpful, but you can tell that Bruce is genuinely a nice person that you'd like to spend time with. Kind of like a Sulley, Woody, or Mr Incredible. We are incredibly grateful to have worked with Bruce and Harvey to find our perfect home. In this insane wildebeest stampede out of NYC, Bruce was our single steadfast branch that we could hold on to. Thank you for everything.

However Bruce Marcus and his colleague Harvey Yelen are like best friends and were a great team, they worked wonders and made sure everything go smoothly right from getting to know what our priorities are, being flexible to our tight schedule while visiting the area, detailing each and every home during the views, providing good advice in each stage....They were really attentive to our needs and went extra mile to help us.
