In the end the deal fell through at the last minute due to an uncooperative seller, but Bruce was absolutely upfront and honest with us every step of the way and helped us navigate through the process. Based on that experience, when we decided to sell our house earlier this year we never considered calling anyone other than Bruce. He again rose to the occasion and his guidance through the process made the experience much smoother than we had anticipated. He got our house on the market as soon as we were ready and the house sold quickly with no drama. We are very pleased with the results. We plan to buy some property around the beginning of 2022 and will without question be calling Bruce again.

Gives weekly reports and when he was in the hospital having surgery, had his wife email everyone of what was going on. A great family man and concerned human being.
