He was in the neighborhood selling another home and had made a great first impression on us aEUR" so much so that when we finally decided to put up the house for sale we called on the Home Heroes. In simple words, they are the best!The first thing we liked about them is how pro-active they are. We were typical paranoid first-time home sellers and had a lot of questions at all hours of the day but they would respond to our questions/emails within minutes be it morning or night and we asked them a ton of questions every day and they patiently answered each of those. In most cases they would go one step further to provide additional context for us to understand things better. Towards the end we had some major personal issues come up but they were there for us in our toughest time and made sure that the sale of the house was the last thing we needed to worry about. They took care of everything and helped in every regard with the sale and even beyond. They truly are heroes! I cant say enough good things about them.All in all, they were very transparent and easy to work with! The home sale experience seemed much easier with the Home Heroes by our side. I was doing a lot of research on my own and thought I knew a lot! However, when speaking with an knowledgeable expert who graciously gave his time to help you find the right type of home, budgeting, required paperwork, and what to look out for in buying homes, etc. He was an absolute gem. I can tell his loves his jobs and wants to find you the perfect home to fit you. I know that sounds cliche but when you find an agent who can make you feel that way, it makes the whole buying process enjoyable and less stressful.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Melchor when we called to view a house listed by his agency. He was gracious enough to show us that home and many more. He had unending patience as we looked at houses all over the Houston area. We knew we wanted to focus on the same general area we were living in, but we just were not finding anything. We were also selling our house. He introduced us to Bruce Ham, who listed and sold our house. Throughout the process Melchor and Bruce had incredible patience. When our first deal fell through, Bruce was right back there working to get us back on track for a new buyer. For our search, I would search online and Melchor would send me new listings. We searched not only the southwest burbs, but northwest also. Melchor even stopped on his way home from a weekend away to show us a house. He was always available, always met us with a smile and never tried to push us into anything we didn't like. He let us look at houses, without ever hurrying us to be done or more to the next. Some nights we had four and five houses to look at. Melchor would come to Sugar Land or Richmond in the afternoon traffic. Some days I felt really bad that he had to be in all that traffic. We made offers on at least three houses. One fell through because our buyer backed out. Another for whatever reason just didn't sell to us. We had an offer in on yet another house, but they waited to long to respond and we decided it wasn't for us. Through all of this, he was so patient. On the house we finally ended up purchasing, it got down to the wire. The house needed some high ticket repair items before we felt comfortable purchasing it. He was able to negotiate with the seller's realtor and we finally came up with a figure that we could both live with. We were ready to walk away and Melchor was ready to do exactly what we asked without hesitation. I know he did not want to continue the hunt anymore than we did. But I know he was willing to do it, if this deal had fallen through. The house had almost everything we wanted, so in the end, it paid off to continue the search. Melchor was always quick to answer phone calls, texts, and emails. He is very responsive. I hope this is my final move, but were I to have to do it again, I would call on Melchor. And on top of his patience and willingness to show us any house we wanted to see, he's a genuinely nice guy. I recommend Melchor to my friends and family. If you're in the market for a new home, you will be in good hands with Melchor Garcia.
