Bruce Glorsky

Bruce Glorsky - Bruce was born and raised in Ocean County graduating from Toms River High School North then attending Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree (Marketing) NJ. I have been actively involved in real estate and construction at an early age. As a child, I worked in the family's building supply business that was an icon on the Jersey Shore. Gaining a full understanding how to design and sell, windows, doors, kitchens and bathrooms.

After graduating with a from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ-I joined the Glendenning Corporation a prestigious developer of upscale homes in the local area as Purchasing Agent.

Our family held over 250,000sf of Commercial and Industrial Space in Ocean & Burlington County. It was my daily role to be primary contact to manage these properties whether it dealt with sales and leasing, maintenance, office operations, tenant fit out needs as well as land/bldg. approvals.

I am well adept to assist home owners as well as retail and commercial clients with their growth needs; including site selection, leasing, and development.
