ZillowVERIFIED When we made the decision to move, we knew the selling process in particular would be very stressful. Since we have two small children, we were anxious about constantly needing the house to be in showing condition so we wanted to hire someone we could trust to sell the house in an expedient manner. There was no doubt this was Bruce. He has an intimate knowledge of several Chicago neighborhoods and priced the house at a good number that he knew would sell fast. In 3 days, we sold over asking. We definitely would recommend Bruce for anyone buying or selling in the Chicago market.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with Bruce to buy our condo. Bruce made himself available whenever we wanted to see condos, encouraging us to keep looking if we didnt find what we wanted. He always asked great questions to the selling agent when we toured homes. We appreciated his local knowledge about the West Town neighborhood. Bruce helped us navigate a unique buying situation and gave great advice.

ZillowVERIFIED Experience with Bruce and his team were exceptional. Always, he was on top of the market when we were conducting our initial search. Offer and negotiation process were smooth, as we benefited from Bruce's relationships with other brokers in the market (seller in this case), as well as his deep transaction expertise. I recommend Bruce to owners on either end of a transaction and look forward to working with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Bruce is an incredible real estate agent and one we will be recommending to our friends and family! Bruce helped us buy our first home during the pandemic, at which time the market was very active. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable about the market and city of Chicago. He was very supportive and provided a lot of guidance, especially as this was our first home. When we were interested in seeing a home, he was very responsive and able to get us into homes quickly, sometimes even the next day! He has a kind, balanced demeanor and allowed us to take our time to find the right home for us. We really can't say enough great things about Bruce and know you will have a great experience working with him!

ZillowVERIFIED Really can't recommend Bruce highly enough. Was super responsive and accommodating. He set up a bunch of viewings on one day for me when I was coming in from out of town. Did a great job negotiating with the seller on price and repairs to the home. Made the whole first time home buying process very easy! We'll be using him in the future and recommending him to friends.

ZillowVERIFIED As out of state buyers, we did not know much about Chicago or its real estate market. We found Bruce on Zillow and he was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. Despite us being thousands of miles away, Bruce personally sent us great listings that matched our interests months in advance of when we were planning on moving. He was also open to modifications in the suggested listings we saw based on our changing expectations as we learned more about Chicago. Prior to our first city visit, Bruce allowed us to make a long list of homes to see and he was amazingly well-prepared when we arrived; he even showed us all ten of our desired properties in one day! He fitted us in for second showings when needed and did not rush our decision making process. He represented our interests at every turn and connected us with the right people when our home was under contract. We knew we could rely on him for advice of any kind and that he was always a quick text, phone call, or email away. Bruce is a great and knowledgeable realtor that I would recommend to anyone looking for their dream Chicago home.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough great things about Bruce. He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and strategic. Very easy to work with. Our condo had been on the market for more than two months with a different realtor - Bruce came in with a fantastic strategy and we went under contract within a week (at just about asking price). He turned a very stressful situation into success very quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED Bruce was terrific. Selling downtown has been tricky the past year. He was able to time the listing just right and gauge the best price point for us. I have worked with a few real estate agents before but he was clearly the best. I would recommend him to anyone and in the unlikely event I would ever move back to Chicago I would ask Bruce to help me find a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Bruce was absolutely wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to market our home to ensure the greatest level of interest but also made the process as transparent as possible. His effort showed in finding a buyer during the stay-at-home order that was in place within the state. He also made sure that the process to closing after the contract was completed was as smooth as possible. We would highly recommend Bruce to anyone in the Chicagoland area that is looking to sell or buy a home!

ZillowVERIFIED I live in Washington state and needed a broker I can trust selling my apartment in Chicago at Michigan Avenue. Within two weeks we had a contract at good market price. Unfortunately that was the time the Corona Virus impact made a sale impossible due to various reasons and the contract was cancelled. Bruce and I decided to postpone the sale and he quickly found a renter for me for a year. We will try to sell in a year.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first-time home buyer who knew absolutely nothing about the process and got connected with Bruce through Zillow. He helped walk me through the process and figure out all of the steps in buying a home so that I could make an informed decision. He was incredibly responsive - often responding to emails within minutes! Bruce has your best interest in mind and does a great job of advocating for you and helping connect you to resources to be successful in the process. I started searching for a home in January and with Bruce's help, had closed on my beautiful new condo in South Loop by the end of March. Highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Bruce on the purchase of our first home. Bruce was already a close friend of mine, and I knew he was great at what he does, but I couldn't have imagined how great until I experienced it firsthand. Bruce is a master of his craft - he is helpful, honest (which helped us in avoiding some homes that weren't the best for our needs that we loved on the surface) and importantly, communicative and quick to respond to all questions. He gave us great recommendations on other services (lending, attorney, even window treatments) which was invaluable and saved us time and worry. We also ran into a few negotiations that Bruce handled masterfully. I'm a salesperson in a different field and have much to learn from Bruce on holding my position. We came out on top of the negotiation based purely on Bruce's ability to read the situation and steer us to the deal we deserved.10/10 would recommend Bruce to help you navigate the home buying process. And I've heard he's even better on the other side of the deal! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Bruce was great to work with - always puts his clients first! True professional - he understood what I wanted in a house (first time buyer) and then presented the top options on a gold platter. He's honest, patient, easy to work with. When it came down to negotiating with the seller, he put his best foot forward to get the best possible investment. Professional/Personal/Knowledgable - it's an elegant balance & he came through. Thanks for your help Bruce! Cheers,Zach

ZillowVERIFIED Bruce Glazer was crucial in our first-time home buying experience and was always available whenever we had any questions at a moment's notice. Not only did Bruce guide us through the process but he was able to negotiate a buying offer that ended up being lower than the actual appraised value by the lender. We highly recommend Bruce to anyone, especially to first-time home buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Bruce is a really personable, hardworking, and effective agent. When we first started seeing places with him, we were clueless first-time buyers. Nearly two years later, after visiting lots and lots of disappointing listings, we found the one. Bruce was crucial in helping us navigate the stressful, complicated, high stakes process from having an offer accepted to closing. But it all worked out and we are thrilled.

ZillowVERIFIED Bruce was super helpful and responsive and provided a lot of great advices during the whole searching/negotiating/closing process. He was able to schedule showings very quickly. Besides the units that we'd like to see, he can always recommend some other units in the same building or nearby buildings so that we have more choices. We found a great unit that fits in our budget in like 3-4 showings. It was overall a smooth and speedy experience and I would highly recommend working with Bruce.
