ZillowVERIFIED CJ Davis is an awesome realtor who paid a pivotal role in helping us find and succeed in purchasing our dream home. No matter how many homes and land lots we asked to see, or whether we were drenched in cold rain or attacked by mosquitoes, CJ always met us with good cheer and patience, was well-versed in the attributes of each property, and offered encouragement and helpful insights. On top of that, CJ kept a watchful eye on properties we might like and contacted us immediately to see if we might be interested in seeing them. He was never pushy but always our advocate, in our corner, thinking of our needs and wants. He also closely monitored the process once we signed a P&S, contacting bankers, title companies and others on our behalf to make sure nothing came unhinged. The only sad note on the much-anticipated day of our closing was that we would no longer see CJ on a regular basis!

ZillowVERIFIED When it was time to sell our own house, I knew one of the biggest challenges would be finding the right broker. As a real estate appraiser for over 30 years, I have had the opportunity to meet and interact with a multitude of real estate brokers. Some extremely good; some just learning the business; and some honestly not suited to the job due to their temperament in general; and/or their inability (or unwillingness) to put the necessary time in to the task. We ultimately decided on CJ Davis, and after working with him, I can honestly say he is by far one of the most professional, ethical, and competent brokers I have ever met. We consulted with several brokers before putting our house on the market; and his CMA and presentation was by far the best. His feedback after each showing was as immediate as possible; and he made an extra effort to be present at every showing. He also had an uncanny ability to remain calm and focused whenever the process tested our resolve. We really cant say enough positive things about him. As far as we are concerned there simply is no better broker in the Harpswell/mid-coast Maine region.
