ZillowVERIFIED We have had this house since 1996. We lived in it for 13 years and then rented it for the last 10 years. We put a lot of money into it this summer. We listed with Keller Williams Chad Smith Team and met with Brooks and Derek at the property prior to completing renovations. We also talked with Lana, Derek, and Annette along the way. They put us on the market on a Thursday, had an open house on Saturday. The following Monday we had three offers. We got more than we were asking. From there things went fairly smoothly and we just closed and funded.

We searched for about a year with a break in between and he was really patient with us and drove around the metroplex showing us various homes since we werent sure where we wanted to live exactly. Hes honest and will point out things about the home that you didnt even consider. He literally could teach other realtors a class - I'm serious. I noticed on several occasions other realtors nearby listening to him and literally repeating back what he says. Hes also extremely responsive (sorry about the Sunday night texts, Brooks)!
