ZillowVERIFIEDCan't recommend working with Brooke enough! We luckily got assigned to work with Brooke as our agent through Zillow and had the best experience with her. Incredibly knowledgeable in all things real estate. She has experience as a home inspector, so that was a huge plus for us as first time home buyers. She was very communicative and helped us through a lot of the process, answered all of our questions very honestly, and was just a great guide to have through the whole home buying process. She definitely has your best interest in mind and makes sure you're comfortable with any decision you make. Super professional, friendly, and dedicated. We couldn't have done it without her.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought my first house with Brooke! I'm a single-home buyer so the experience was daunting but I never felt confused! I'd worked with other realtors and only with Brooke did I find my house and feel like I was being treated equally. I was able to get a house in a competitive neighborhood and everything flowed and felt organized. I would definitely recommend Brooke to anyone but specifically first-time home-buyers and single women!

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke was an amazing agent! We were a difficult case because my husband and I had pretty opposite requirements. She met this challenge head on and ultimately found us a house that caters to both of our needs with very few exceptions! We are now happy homeowners and feel like we have a new friend in Brooke! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke was so patient with us during the buying process. We moved from out of state and had no knowledge of the area we were moving to. In addition to not knowing the area, the logistics of an out of state move are extremely difficult to figure out. Brooke helped with every hurdle that popped up along the way. All of my questions were answered promptly and with kindness. Thanks to Brooke, we were able to make the best decisions for our family and circumstances. Now we are happy and comfortable in our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke was an excellent agent that we came across by chance, but are very thankful we did! We were new to the process of purchasing land. ZillowVERIFIED I was so blessed to purchased my first home with the help of Zillow leading me to Brooke and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. I was very specific with the type of property I was looking for. We looked at a couple homes, but she then found one that would fit. Because shes incredibly prompt about communication, we were able to view the home almost immediately upon the home hitting the market. Then with incredible patience, Brooke helped me navigate several snags which ultimately ended up requiring several months of waiting to finally close. Along the way she was so kind, caring, attentive, and ready to help in whatever way she could, even offering to open the home for me multiple times so I could remember the beauty in the place. Brooke will go above and beyond for the serious buyer. Theres no better realtor Id rather have.

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke was the best realtor I have ever had! They knew so much information about the listings they showed us that our tours lasted at least an hour. Each question we had about a listing was answered promptly and with amazing detail. They even went out of their way to help renovate our home and set us up with contractors nearby. When I want to sell my house I will definitely be hiring Brooke!

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke was amazing start to finish of the home buying process. After Zillow connected us, Brooke reached out immediately to inquire about our wants and needs for a new house. They did a great job setting up tour times and were always on the lookout for houses that met our criteria, usually beating me to new openings! (Which was no small feat because I was scouring Zillow!) Once we found a home we liked, Brooke was very helpful with walking us through the negotiations portion of the contract and gave us good resources to use for what ever house related work we needed. Brooke worked with us and in hand through search to close on the house, answering any questions we had along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend Brooke Wilke if you need a real estate professional! 10/10!
