First, my business partner Brian and I came in #2 in Boulder County and #3 in the state for 2016 total sales at Coldwell Banker. This is not to brag, but to show how hard we work for our clients, we're on call 24-7 and you're always covered.

I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Florida State University, knowing from an early age that I had a natural ability to sell, and a love for market data. I co-owned a fix-and-flip business in Maitland, Florida, where my responsibilities were property search, overseeing construction crews, and selling the finished homes. I took a 40 acre parcel, Rice Lake Estates, through site development, engineering, and sale.

In 2006 I moved to Boulder, where my passion for sustainable building led me to a position as Contractor Liaison for green building supply at Ellie's Eco Home Store. After the Fourmile Fire, I re-built my own home to German Passive Haus standards, receiving a perfect " 0aEUR? HERS rating score on the home's energy usage.
