ZillowVERIFIED I got with Brooke over a year ago to look for a patio home when I inquired about a property I seen on the internet. We found a new construction to purchase. This new construction was supposed to be finished in 6 months. The six months turned into a year. Brooke during the whole time was very supportive and was ALWAYS in touch and engaged. She made several phone calls on my behalf to try and get the process moving faster. In my opinion, she gave it her all for me. She was very personable and treated me with so much respect and more of a friend than a client. We were looking and wanting to move but thought that it would be a slow process. Our house sold off market and the buyers really wanted to move in quicker than we had anticipated. We had 26 years of stuff in that house that needed to be packed or purged. We were wanting to be as accommodating as possible to the buyers. Brooke calmed us down, told us to continue to go at the pace we were going and that everything would work out just fine. And you know it did!
