She called and checked in on us regularly and guided our anxiety that our dream home would come and go before we could sell. When we finally sold, our dream house was there and waiting. During the home inspection, she explained what we could do and what we needed to worry about; after some of the issues were scoffed at by the seller, it was Brooke's negotiating skills that got us a credit so that we could do the repairs once we moved in rather than waiting for the seller to do it and get it done the way we wanted. She bills herself as "Brooke will bring you home." Guess what? She will. I would recommend her to anyone without pause.
