Review We started to work with Brooke this past April during the Covid Pandemic. Being our first home purchase it was pertinent that we had someone on our side that knew the ins and outs of the real estate business. Brooke is amazing. She knew what we wanted and was extremely helpful during the entire process. We made multiple offers on homes and she really had our backs when it came time for final walk through. She went to bat for us when things we had negotiated on with the seller werent done up to par and she is the reason our deal closed! If we ever need an agent again I hope that we could have the pleasure of working with Brooke again!

I dont know where to start.I made contact with Brooke in November of last year and I did so because she was the listing agent for one of the houses I was looking for in North Carolina. Things tapered off for us because we hadnt sold our house in South Carolina. So we finally sold our place at the beginning of April and we were using a different agent because she was a realtor in Virginia. But we werent having much luck there. So we decided to go with our original plan and look in North Carolina. So we reached out to Brooke again and it was the best decision we ever made!!! She is the best realtor that weve dealt with by far!! And come to find out she is licensed in Virginia and North Carolina!! And no wonder!! Cause she knows her stuff!!If you are wondering if you should go with her, you need to jump in with both feet!! She listens to both of you and has stuff lined up when it was hard to show homes because of COVID-19. And when we found the house she made it all happen!! As long as we did our part she was two steps ahead waiting on us!! She has great contacts of professionals who know what their doing!! She knows the area really well and was very knowledgeable about homes and the developments!!And did I tell you that she communicates with you? She was on top of keeping us in the loop and answering any questions we had and I cant recall a time she didnt have an answer for us!!On top of all that she got us closed on our house in a matter of weeks!!! It was amazing!!! And she got early possession with the other realtor who was very by the book!!I cannot tell you how amazing she is!! I would say that if youre looking for a place you need have her working for you!!We love Brooke and hope to work with her more in the future!!!

The literally drove over all over NC and VA to walk through house after house for us via FaceTime since we are located across country. She always had OUR best interest at heart, listened to what we wanted, and gained our trust. Review Brooke did an amazing job for us making our home buying experience a breeze - which was a feat being that we were 600 miles away. She understood our wants and needs in a home and respected our demanding criteria which was essential for making the most of our house hunting trip of 2 days. She went above and beyond during the inspection and was a pro with negotiating our final purchase price. All glitches that came about she had smoothed out prior to us even knowing about them. We also heavily relied on her for local contacts to help get us settled before we moved- all of which have been great. Her flexibility is unprecedented.
