ZillowVERIFIEDWe met Brooke at a showing of one of her listings. I had mentioned to her by phone that a wheelchair accessible (or adaptable) house was a must for family caregiving reasons. When we arrived, she had already identified one area where a ramp would work well. After touring the house and walking the property she offered to take us to the river frontage access area for the neighborhood. She then walked with us to show the Chessie Trail and the river just beyond. How kind! She went out of her way to help us and to address all of our questions very quickly after the showing. We ultimately decided to see other homes and chose to work with Brooke as our buyer's agent. She showed us a few more, thoroughly researched each one beforehand, and assisted us from beginning to end with our final home choice. Every step was well-managed, and communication was great. Since we lived 2+ hours away, this was especially helpful. We highly recommend Brooke Minichiello!
