ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish, Brooke was honestly amazing to work with. She made the whole home buying process feel way less overwhelming and helped me understand everything along the way. Buying a home was something I truly never thought would be possible for me, so having someone like Brooke there made such a huge difference. We closed in just 29 days, and she was always there whenever we needed her. No matter how many questions I had, she always answered them, kept me reassured, and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. She even helped us get a new roof, which ended up saving us a lot of money. Were now about four months in, and I honestly love our house. Getting settled has been such a good feeling, and its kind of surreal knowing this is really ours. It feels amazing knowing theres so much we can do with it and that the possibilities are endless. I already know that if I ever buy another home, Brooke will absolutely be the first person I call.

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke was an excellent guide in selling my father's home is such difficult times. Brooke never pushed instead she was always available and helpful through the entire process. Brooke also helped with any ideas on vendors to insure the home was shown to it's optimum advantage, pictures, cleaners and landscape ideas. I think anyone would be very pleased to have her assistance in selling a home she takes the majority of the burden of the sellers sholders.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I feel fortunate to have run into Brooke online. We were looking for a home in New Braunfels, Texas, and were not sure where to start. We searched online and found Brooke's listings and were hesitant to fill out the online questionnaire. She responded immediately, and we started the process. She scheduled eight homes over the course of several days. We ended up purchasing a home before returning home to Nevada. Brooke was amazing from start to finish. We were not able to attend our walk-through. Brook attended the walk-through for us with the builder and identified all the items that needed attention. She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process. We have purchased many homes and have never worked with a realtor who had an eye for detail with paperwork and the walk-through. We would highly recommend her and will work with her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke has been one of the best realtors Ive had the pleasure to work with. She was always available. And was always there to fight for me when any issue came about dealing with the builder, underwriting, and title company. Her knowledge is top tier. She sent suggestions for homes everyday. Even after closing she still follows ups with me. I'm glad she was the one representing me through this process. I couldnt ask for a better realtor. Thank you Brooke!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We brought Brooke on board during a very difficult situation we had at the time. We had to move out of a lease /rental coming due. Brooke came over and explained her process and approach to searching for properties in our area. Brooke was very knowledgeable about housing comps in the area, about RE in general, and was up to date on the latest real estate trends i.e. new builds, existing homes, labor shortages, interest rates, etc. So we contracted with Brooke. In about 30 days and dozens of houses later she found us the ideal home for us at the best price point for us. Conclusion: If you want a real estate agent that will be relentless in finding and fighting you or your family, for the right house, at the best price, in the area of your choice...then go with Brooke! She will do a phenomenal job.CF- New Braunfels TX.

We were making a HUGE move to a state in which we knew no one, we had many hiccips on our end, Brooke was patient, not to mention she had a great network of vendors that referred to us. ZillowVERIFIED I do not hesitate to recommend Brooke for your real estate needs. It has been many many years since I participated in the real estate purchase process.Brooke demonstrated extreme patience with my constant flow of questions to clarify the process before and during the entire transaction. I am sure there were times that my employment obligations created an inconvenience for her schedule but she did not express any challenges with my needs and worked with my limited availability as a true professional. Her ability to recall any specific detail I may have made indirect comments about my property wishes and utilize it in our later conversations was as sure sign that she pays attention to her clients - a sure selling point in my willingness to continue to utilize her as my purchase representative.I strongly encourage anyone looking for excellent representation and assistance in the real estate process to consider Brooke as your real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED We would like to take this opportunity to recommend as your realtor, Brooke Hubbard. Brooke first met with us as we started to explore the Hill Country area for a possible move. She helped us narrow down areas, prices and home ideas. As we began our home search, Brooke patiently guided us and helped us define what we were looking for in a home and property purchase. She patiently asked questions and paid attention to our input as she selected properties for us to look at.Once we had a home selected and started the purchase process, Brooke was there to help guide us and facilitate the entire process. This includes everything; home inspections, well & septic inspections, loan information, Title Company & documentation and loan processing. We worked well together, Carmen, Brooke and I; this really made the entire process of buying a home a very good experience for us. We would not hesitate to ask Brooke to be our agent again.
