ZillowVERIFIEDBrooke was absolutely incredible to work with! She helped us both sell our previous home and purchase our new one, and made the entire process feel seamless. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and constant communication gave us total peace of mind every step of the way. She priced and marketed our home perfectly, getting us a great offer quickly, and then guided us through the buying process with patience, insight, and genuine care. Brooke goes above and beyondaEUR"shes not just a broker, shes a true advocate and partner. We couldnt be happier and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Brooke!! She made our experience seem easy and effortless. She is completely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do so we could find and get our dream home. (especially because there were several offers) Brooke was so on top of everything and guided us every step of the way. She listened to everything we asked for and was always available to answer all of our questions. Brooke went above and beyond all of our expectations! Thank you Brooke for truly making our dream home purchase actually fun and stress free.
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot begin to say enough amazing things about Brooke. First, when we had our first call I wasn't even sure if I'd be pre-approved and she took the time and talked to me for what I was looking for for like 45 minutes! (And I can ramble hah) At the house meeting, I instantly connected with her and she seemed to genuinely care about finding the right home for me. I knew this was the house for me and she knew how to GET IT DONE!!!!!! We got the house that night, all from her guidance. She has an absolute MAKE IT HAPPEN attitude that I love. She doesn't mess around! Once we closed and I moved in she had recommendations for almost ANYTHING a new home owner could need. She makes herself available and is efficient as heck! She was BEYOND helpful to me and honestly wouldn't have been able to do it all without her. I am BEYOND grateful for all of her help. Not only did she help me get my dream home but I feel like I made a friend along the way. If Brooke is your Realtor consider yourself very lucky.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I have used Brooke on multiple purchase and sales transactions for the past 7+ years. In a nutshell, the best way to describe her would be: "She gets **** done." She is knowledgeable, process oriented, responsive like you wouldn't believe, and level headed. Brooke has counseled us during what have been some of the more stressful/emotional times of our lives (as we all know, real estate transactions can bring out the best in all of us). She really impressed us most just recently when she advised us on a three-legged deal which resulted in the successful acquisition of our dream/forever home. I don't believe it could have been done without her.
ZillowVERIFIEDCould not have asked for a better experience finding the right home for us and closing an incredibly complicated deal in record time. Brooke's energy, personality, and acumen made the whole process enjoyable and painless. Look forward to working with her again.
