I cannot begin to say enough amazing things about Brooke. First, when we had our first call I wasn't even sure if I'd be pre-approved and she took the time and talked to me for what I was looking for for like 45 minutes! (And I can ramble hah) At the house meeting, I instantly connected with her and she seemed to genuinely care about finding the right home for me. I knew this was the house for me and she knew how to GET IT DONE!!!!!! We got the house that night, all from her guidance. She has an absolute MAKE IT HAPPEN attitude that I love. She doesn't mess around! Once we closed and I moved in she had recommendations for almost ANYTHING a new home owner could need. She makes herself available and is efficient as heck! She was BEYOND helpful to me and honestly wouldn't have been able to do it all without her. I am BEYOND grateful for all of her help.
