ZillowVERIFIED Brooke was extremely helpful. We were on a short timeline to sell my father's home as he transitioned to long-term care. The other complicating factor was that the house was in extremely poor shape...but the land was decent. We had an accepted offer by COB the first day of the listing!! It was nice to have that burden off my dad's shoulders. Unfortunately he passed away two weeks after house closing. Brooke came recommended by a long-time friend of mine...glad I called and would work with her again in a heartbeat!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke and CJ are the best in town! Not only are they fantastic to work with on the transaction aspect of buying and selling but they are a one-stop shop when it comes to essential contacts in the area. Their deep roots to Hayward and surrounding areas make finding contractors, cleaners and any ancillary services needed for closing on a property a breeze. Realtors' reputations and connections are very underrated but often times are the deciding factors that determine a smooth transaction. Cannot recommend this team enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke and CJ are a pleasure to work with! This power couple is very knowledgeable about the real estate world and knew the right price point to not only get what we wanted, but to also sell quickly. They helped us out every step of the way and were very prompt at sending us new information as it came in. We had a couple hoops to jump through, but they navigated us through the process with ease. We highly recommend the Damaskes to help sell/buy your home.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our very first time selling a home, so we went into things very blind and not having any knowledge of anything. We couldnt have made a better decision when we chose Brooke and CJ. They were extremely informative and kept us in the loop at every step of the way. They were so easy to talk with and explained everything very well. Any questions we had, they were always quick to answer and answered in a way that we understood. All of the business set aside, they were just an amazing couple to talk and work with, extremely nice and friendly, it truly felt like we were working with very close friends. We were extremely happy with our entire outcome, and we have Brooke and CJ to thank for that.

ZillowVERIFIED I would first like for you to know that I was not a local to this area and new almost no one in the area I bought. I really had nobody I could ask for advice for a realtor in my search to buy. I talked to several and settled on Brooke. I could not have made a better choice. Brooke was patient and truly cared about me and my wants and needs. She answered all my crazy not from here questions and just generally took care of me as a friend would. I simply cannot recommend enough that you give her a try. I don't think you'll regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED We have bought and sold multiple houses with Brooke and CJ and have viewed dozens of other properties in between. They are great caring people who are solid in the market and very personable with buyers and sellers. They have a great person they use for pictures and and are not pushy in any sort of way. They make great recommendations and let the clients decide... Very hard to beat duo in Wisconsin

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Brooke and CJ related to their familiarity of the area we were hoping to purchase a lake home/cabin. My husband was eager; I more hesitant to make this big decision. Brooke and CJ were never pushy, always responsive and reassuring. They found an amazing property that met all of our specifications and helped us to remain in our budget while securing the home over other competitive offers. Brooke often checked in with us throughout the process. I feel like we were working with our friends!! We would, and already have, recommended Brooke and CJ!

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke and CJ are absolutely second to none. My husband and I have purchased three homes through them, and although the latest experience was undoubtedly rigorous, their competence and knowledge never failed us one step of the way. They are truly professional on every level and have advocated without fail for us as clients - even when it's meant going more than the additional mile. We're so appreciative of their responsiveness and acumen in their field, so if you're looking for thoughtful, caring agents to partner with, you should look no further. In addition to purchasing homes through them, they've sold two of our previous homes and made the process so simple. Whether you're buying or selling, pick up the phone and call them - you'll be thrilled with your decision!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke Damaske and Pine Point Realty sold two Burnett County lakefront cabins for me in 2023. Every aspect of working with Brooke was great. Here are just three highlights: Communications. For most of the sale and closing process I was 1,000 miles away. But Brookes frequent and thorough communications allowed me to feel like I was there and in charge of things from start to finish. She called, texted, or e-mailed me an average of more than twice per day. She was so responsive that it seemed like I was her only client, which I know wasnt true. Connections. Pine Point has a network of local service providers who performed high quality and timely repair and maintenance services at reasonable rates to prepare the properties for sale. Organizing that work myself would have been frustrating and time-consuming. Pine Point made it easy. Integrity. At several points in the process, Brooke showed me that she understands and honors her ethical obligations as a Realtor. As my sellers agent, she always put my interests first, even when they conflicted with her own. I would hire Brooke Damaske and Pine Point Realty again without any reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an excellent experience with Brooke as we bought our family's first cabin. She was very responsive and went above and beyond in aiding communication with the sellers, recommending local tradespeople for projects, and helping us negotiate to get a favorable deal (which included several boats!) on our purchase. She knows the area very well and has a wealth of helpful advice and tips for our family as we start this new journey as cabin owners. We would not hesitate to work with her again and will definitely recommend her to friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive had the pleasure of working with Brooke and CJ on more than one of my projects. My business is based out of Chicago but I am a long time resident of the Hayward area, so I rely on their expertise and experience when I am unable to attend property meetings or showings. Every time Ive been interested in a property or piece of land I ALWAYS reach out their team first and foremost! I'm happy to say that theyve steered me in the right direction each and every time! Which has not only helped my business grow, but has saved me countless amounts of money. Because of their knowledge of the area, their due diligence while helping me get closed quickly and efficiently, there is absolutely no one I will ever work with in this area ever again! And lastly, (and most importantly to me), Brooke and CJ are just all around kind people with an amazing sense of business and a tenacity for helping their clients grow. Look no further, hire them and you will never be disappointed. -Damian Dambra Dambra Real Estate Corp.
