When we first contacted Brooke, she was immediately open and knowledgeable, guiding us through the entire process and being a constant source of both honesty and insight. Whenever we came to her with questions, she was always very quick to respond, and if she thought someone could explain better, redirected it appropriately and was able to get us answers. She had such a trove of information about any area we visited, it was so reassuring and comforting to know we were in the best hands possible. We were likely a constant thorn in her side, with wanting to see so many different places spread out across the county, but Brooke always made amazing schedules to fit in every house we wanted to view, and had our appointments ready almost immediately (same day, in many cases). When we eventually found the house we wanted, Brooke did everything in her power to ensure we understood the process and that the transition was as painless as possible. Brooke worked extremely hard to make sure that we got our dream house. Brooke and the rest of the Chambless Team did a great job cleaning the home out and getting getting it ready to sell. The home was completely renovated in a matter of weeks, and was on the market by early June, and sold for over asking price. Can't say enough about the great service provided by the Chambless Team. Also, April, of the Chambless Team, does a great job handling a rental I still have in San Diego.

I had a rental property that had good bones, but needed to be remodeled to bring it up to par with other homes in the neighborhood. Brooke was recommended to be from a friend who used Brooke to flip two of his rentals. After hearing my friend go on about his hard working realtor, I decided to interview Brooke and quickly decided to hire her to flip my rental home. It was nice that I was also given the option to be as involved or not involved with the remodel as much as I wanted. It took around 6+ weeks (would have been quicker if not for the bad weather) to completely transform my home from the ugly duckling to one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood. It gorgeous!! Along the way, I appreciated all the hard work from Brooke, Ron and the rest of the team. I also greatly appreciated them always looking out for my best interest and focusing on things that matter the most with the flip. I am still amazed at how much they accomplished for so little. One more thingaEUR| I also found Brooke to have very good taste. She decided on all the colors and most of the fixtures that really pulled everything together. Last month (May 2019) I closed escrow on my home. In the end, I got an acceptable price and the new owners got a beautiful home. ZillowVERIFIED Professional, honest, down-to-earth, detail oriented and personable. Those are words to describe Brooke's personality and work ethic. We selected her to help us sell out rental home because she was able to do the remodel, upgrade and marketing all in-house. After 10 years as a rental and being 33 years old, the home needed an update. Brooke has competent and crafted workmen who came in, did the work and charged a fair price. With Brooke's help, we were able to make the house a place I felt proud showing to the world for its sale. In the end, we sold the house for top dollar in an honest and plainly described transaction. Overall, this was a painless flip-and-sell as Brooke saw to every detail. I was impressed by her attention to detail and her desire to make this home beautiful before the sale. I owe her a thousand thanks for all her hard work. One note of caution -- it you want to do a crappy or dishonest flip, bypass Brooke. While she is concerned about the cost of the improvements, she always errs on the side of doing things right and properly. Several times we were faced with decisions about what to do in the remodel and cleanup, Brooke always chose the professional and morally correct path which resulted in a perfect home report for the new buyers. (As a sidenote, choosing the dishonest or cheap path is always a bad idea because the inspector will find the poorly done job and require a fix thus breaking or delaying the deal.) I feel like they got a great home and we got the maximum return. Brooke Chambless is a professional and honest realtor whom I would refer in a second to family or friends in need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED It's a shame that Zillow limits the ratings to 5 stars, because Brooke and the RC Realty team deserves more than that! My wife and I decided to sell sell our 1st home in Mira Mesa since the market had been picking up in San Diego. I found RC Realty on Zillow and contacted them, along with a few other realtors. Although the others worked at more "reputable" larger firms, I went with RC Realty because they specialized in the Mira Mesa area and had the highest sales volume in the past 12 months (89 sold!). Brooke responded within a few hours after I reached out to her, and I immediately knew that it would be a good fit. On top of her knowledge of the Mira Mesa neighborhoods & general expertise, she was very polite and heard me out before she began to offer her input. If you work with Brooke & team, here's what you can expect: 1. Great Communication & Responsiveness - Brooke almost always picks up her phone, and responds within a few hours (usually less!) to e-mail or text. I really appreciated the great service and quick responses since I'm not naive enough to assume that our transaction was the only one that Brooke was working on. I never felt like I had to chase Brooke down for updates through the entire process (from getting the house ready to show, negotiating with the buyer, dealing with "wrinkles" that came up). This made the whole process as stress free as it could be when considering that 95% of our interaction was all remote since we are up in Los Angeles. 2. Someone who'll work tirelessly for you - In one word, Brooke is "indefatiguable". It was not uncommon for her to send updates even at 10PM. She went above and beyond in making the home ready to show by not only scheduling cleaning & repairs (at a fair price), but also constantly going to the property to make sure everything was up to scratch before we showed the house, and even afterwards when we had to deal with some unexpected repairs. 3. Excellent Service - For 2 of the last 3 weeks leading up to escrow, Brooke was on vacation but assured me that she would be in touch and keep up on any open items. I was initially skeptical, but was surprised and pleased that she kept her word. There wasn't any difference in her working from the office or by the pool as she still did what I mentioned above. 4. Honest - For someone who handles such a high volume of transactions, you might worry that you'll be just another number and that you'll be led to make a decision just so Brooke can get her commission. Far from it. After we had gone with the final buyer, the appraisal came in lower than expected and there was a real possibility that the buyer might walk. I was encouraged that Brooke didn't encourage us to fold to the buyer's demands which would have made me question Brooke's integrity. Instead, she went to bat for us with the buyer's realtor and didn't tell us to back down, but she was honest in stating that we had received a very generous offer and may not get the same if we were to re-list. Ironically, we didn't meet Brooke until a week before escrow when we said our final good bye's to the house that we lived in after we first got married and that our 1st child grew up in before we moved up. It was truly a pleasure to work with Brooke. I can't recommend her highly enough and would welcome the opportunity to work with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Although I didn't end up purchasing a home through this agency, I did get some excellent advice regarding purchasing/rental options for my situation. They apparently provide property management services to several HOAs in the Central San Diego area (Mira Mesa/University City) and seemed to be very knowledgasble regarding availability and amenities and/or issues for the various local HOAs (both for the ones that they manage as well as others nearby). I would recommend this group to anyone considering renting or purchasing a home in the area.
