Brooke is the MVP of real estate. She went above and beyond for my wife and I. She showed us multiple properties and educated us on so many things and ultimately found us our forever home. I can not tell you enough how impressed I am with our agent Brooke Casady!! We were looking at purchasing a second home in the Phoenix area. I first met with Brooke in January of 2022. I told her that it might be a few months before we were able to pull the trigger on buying anything. She was fine with that, and over the next 3-4 months she must have sent me 150 listings!! She has an amazing knowledge of the areas and could talk pros and cons of anywhere we were looking at. What sets this top notch agent apart, was her willingness to be at our home for final details (inspections, walk-thru, communication with sellers agent) when we could not be there in person. She would do a video walk thru on those properties we were interested in. There is no way we could have done this without her. She will make the process seamless for you, as she covers all the bases. She was amazing, and I consider her a dear friend forever!! After we signed all the paperwork, we gave her a present!! Pick Brooke, she will not disappoint you.
