ZillowVERIFIED The best way to start this review is to say thank you! Brooke is not only a total professional with the knowledge required to guide you through the purchase of a home, but listens to your likes and dislikes about shown properties. She somehow stores this information and works doggedly with you to find the right home, and not just any home. I was also pleased and impressed with her ability to answer questions and when asked to provide her opinions, in a candid straight forward manner. Brooke will be my go to agent if I ever decide to sell or purchase again. Let Brooke be your FIRST CHOICE, I'm sure you will be very pleased.

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke really went above and beyond for us! We have purchased and sold several homes, but never had such a great experience as we did with Brooke! We had two contracts fall through during our home buying and selling process, but she was by our side every step of the way offering emotional intelligence and guidance. We cannot recommend Brooke enough if you are looking for a Baldwin County agent. She truly serves her clients and makes you feel like family.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough positive things about Brooke. I initially contacted for advice, but she instantly put us at ease and let us know that we could ask her anything. She is very knowledgeable about the market and walked us through the purchase of our home. Our house viewing days were so much fun. She got to know about our needs, family, concerns, and must haves. We were able to find a great next home at a great price. I highly recommend Brooke Butler!

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke helped sell our house within 48 hours. During that time, she helped with showings if we werent available (getting our dogs out of the house) and how to make our house present the best it could (what furniture should move and what needs to go be packed up). Brooke continued negotiating for us during the entire process until the day we signed the papers! I cant thank Brooke enough for all of her hard work and getting us the best deal and in such a quick time frame!!

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke was an awesome resource in helping us find a new house when we looked to upgrade to something bigger. She is extremely knowledgeable and always one step ahead! She also did a great job helping us sell our house, and was on top of everything from having very professional photos taken and helping with tasks around the house, to scheduling showings and open houses. ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to relocate to the area I had no idea who to work with. I was so happy to have found Brooke. She spoke to us for about a year before we actually moved. Brooke was familiar with the area and builders offering great advice and being our advocate. She had patience while we tried to figure out what exactly we wanted and helped us find the perfect home that met our needs. If you are looking for someone who is honest, hardworking and fun to be around then Brooke is your realtor. If we move again we will call Brooke.

ZillowVERIFIED Brooke went about and beyond to help sell our house. We had an out of the way property and were previously unsuccessful in making a sell with a different agent. Brooke took into consideration everything we presented her and sold our house for what we wanted! She was available to answer any and all questions day or night!
