She sounded "human" and didn't sound like a "robot" (she didn't just read off information that I could find myself, she went over everything that needed to be reviewed). She cared about my preferences and catered to them and I could tell that she really cared about finding the home that was right for me. She didn't try to convince me to buy the first thing that came up. She was very prompt, especially when it came to purchasing. When I put an offer in, she made sure to keep me up to speed with everything in order to make sure I got the home. It was truly a pleasure working with Brooke. I'm certainly glad it was her that I worked with, and not anyone else.

The property had appliances that we asked to stay with the sale in our initial offer. The sellers wanted to keep them but overlooked that line in the initial offer. Brooke made sure we got them and stood firm for us that they were included in the price. She handled it very professionally.
