( I WAS SLIGHTLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SALE DUE TO THE REAL ESTATE SALE SIGNS DRIVING TO MY MOM'S HOME THAT MORNING TO MEET BROOKE). BUT AFTER SHOWING HER THE HOUSE INSIDE AND OUT. WE SAT DOWN AND DISCUSSED THE SALE AND PRICE. SHE HAD 10 TO 12 DIFFERENT LISTING'S JUST FROM THAT NEIGHBORHOOD PRINTED OUT. WE TALKED ABOUT A GOOD PRICE OF WHAT SHE THOUGHT WE COULD GET OUT OF IT. I TOOK HER RECOMENDATION AND WE WENT FROM THERE. I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD JUST LIKE TO GET A FAIR AND DECENT PRICE FOR IT. THIS WAS ON TUESDAY. HAD AN OFFER ON THAT SATURDAY. WE COUNTERED THE OFFER WHICH WAS TAKEN AND WE WERE DONE. I HAD ALREADY GIVEN HER ALL THE LEGAL DOCUMENTS THAT I HAD AND SHE HAD THOSE SENT TO THE RIGHT PLACES WITH NO HASSLE'S. ZillowVERIFIED Brooke was so knowledgeable with the area. We started to look at homes last year but with the fast housing pace out here we were having no luck. We casually asked her about a development just outside of Midland and she got us the information for it immediately. We got to build a semi custom home with a builder out here and she guided us every step of the way. She is also a great negotiator and got the builder to cover some closing costs, which we weren't expecting. She went above and beyond for us, always pushing for expected closing dates after the builder went over on the building time frame. On closing day she was there to meet to us and make sure that everything went smoothly. Her and her team really went above and beyond for us. We would 1000% recommend her.

After contacting her to show us a list of houses we were interested in, she responded very quickly and we were able to schedule up. We knew we wanted the last home of the three she had shown us and we began our process right away, that day. Brooke's ability to go between every person involved in this process was impressive. Everything was handled in a timely manner and we never had to wait long for answers we had or for the next steps in the processes moving forward. She stayed on top of everyone which made things run very smoothly. There were times that we had questions that would randomly come up, where we felt that maybe we were being a little too much to handle for her, but she always replied back and made sure that every worry or question we had was answered. So, not only is she capable of keeping things in order she is also very understanding of her client's need for reassurance. She was even willing to meet up with us at the home, on short notice, so that we could take another look around after we entered our contract.
