As soon as my boyfriend and I walked up to the front door, Brody welcomed us with a friendly smile. He was extremely polite throughout the entire viewing and he didn't pressure us to look at anything. We were also allowed to look at the house at our own pace, which was fairly nice. When we met back up with Brody, he informed us of some locations of things that would be convenient for us. Some examples would be the dog park up the road from the home and also the high school for when my kids get older. He was fast to answer any questions we had and he knew all the answers without hesitation. Brody seemed to speak with ease and was easily approachable. Overall, Brody knew the information about the house and the surrounding area well and I could see him knowing nearly everything if not all the facts about his other houses as well. I would recommend him no problem! If you're looking for somebody who knows their facts and is a friendly person, Brody is the one for you!
