ZillowVERIFIEDIn a process that can be very overwhelming, Broc was an exceptional realtor to work with for both buying and selling our home. Broc made selling our house a seamless process and was always on top of paperwork. In buying a house, he helped us negotiate local zoning issues and any other challenges that we encountered along the way. He was always one step ahead of all processes and worked into the wee hours to ensure all of our deadlines were met successfully. We would highly recommend him for any buying, selling or mortgage needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Best service around. We looked for about a year trying to find a home. Any time we wanted to view a home broc was right there with a very timely response to get us in no matter if it was a weekday or a Sunday. Very friendly and easy going guy. Also very knowledgeable in the home buying process. Lots of knowledge with spotting issues or future repairs that might be needed. The process was very smooth and any questions along the way were answered. Broc would be my first choice if I was in the market to buy a house again. Very satisfied with my experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Broc has been the best realtor I have ever done business with! He's kept us fully informed every step of the way and done everything in his power to help us and make the experience a very pleasant one. Moving isn't always a pleasant thing, but if you find a realtor that you actually want to give an excellent review of, it makes it so much easier. Broc is that guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Broc has been there the whole time while looking for a house. Even when blowing him up every day with a TON of houses to go look at he always made time to work out a plan to go look at as many as we could from my list in one day. He always made sure to do the walk through with us and double check the house and give you the most honest feed back about that particular house. He is willing to work with you every step of the way and answer ANY question you may have. By far the best agent!

ZillowVERIFIED We met Broc at an open house for the home we purchased. Broc was very knowledgeable of the community where we purchased the property. He was also very responsive to any questions we posed regarding the property, community or any other general concerns. He was also very responsive to our schedules to meet for the showing and inspections, since we were purchasing the property out of town. I would recommend using Broc for purchasing or selling needs in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Broc was recommended to me through my parents' attorney in regards to the selling of their home after their deaths. I respected the attorney's advice and was very happy that he recommended Broc. After the initial meeting with Broc, he generously assessed my parent's home for marketing recommendations without first signing up for the representation. We could have gone with another realtor after that but were impressed with his down-to-earth style, knowledge of the market and no pressure sales approach that when the time came to list the house we immediately signed with Broc. As with most real estate transactions, there were the negotiations and legalities. Broc discussed each process with us, assuaged misunderstandings among family and was able to sell the house after two months on the market. Success! Broc is a very easy going guy and I truly enjoyed working with him. Additionally, his golf game makes your game look a whole lot better than it really is.

ZillowVERIFIED Broc helped us in selling our home and buying our new home. He is extremely knowledgeable in restate and banking. Broc was able to assist us with all the restate questions we had for him throughout the buying and selling process. We also chose him to handle our loan. I thought this was the most helpful. If you had any questions you only needed to ask Broc. You didn't need to worry about much because only one person was involved. (Broc).
