I had an outstanding experience working with Brittney as my realtor, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning of the home-buying process through closing, she was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. One of the things I appreciated most was her communication. Brittney was always easy to reach throughout the week, and whenever I had questions, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. As a first-time homebuyer, there were many aspects of the process that I was unfamiliar with, but she made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. As an active-duty service member, I especially valued her expertise with VA home loans. She was extremely knowledgeable about the VA loan process and helped me maximize the benefits available to me. Her guidance was invaluable and made what could have been a complicated process much smoother. Brittney also provided excellent recommendations for other professionals I needed during the transaction, including a home inspector and a paralegal, which is required for closing in New York. Not only were these individuals affordable and highly competent, but they also reflected the same professionalism, thoroughness, and dedication that Brittney demonstrated throughout the entire process. Even as I approached a deployment near the end of closing, Brittney remained accommodating and ensured everything stayed on track. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to close on my home efficiently and with confidence. She is someone I would gladly work with again, and she is the first person I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home in the area, especially being right next to a military base. If you are a service member looking to take advantage of your VA, or even just a first time homebuyer, that might be unfamiliar with all of the aspects of buying a home, shes someone I would confidently refer!

Brittney is fantastic. I was amazed at just how easy the process of buying from out of town became. Brittney is super responsive to communications, and follows very timely. I was apprehensive about a long distance transaction, but Brittney had all the answers and made me feel very comfortable. Shes an awesome negotiator as well!
