I could tell she was motivated and a hard worker so I put my property in her hands. I was not disappointed. Brittany worked hard and communicated consistently, even held an ice cream social for the neighborhood on Valentine's Day! Brittany is creative, professional, knows her market well, and remained calm even while we dealt with a very troublesome buyer & her unprofessional agent. We sold the house twice to the first buyer, then the 3rd contract we closed with a 2nd buyer. During the entire process I cannot say enough great things about Brittany. She is patient, resourceful, dedicated and a top notch professional, probably the best I've ever met. Her services went above and beyond commission paid.
