She seems somewhat knowledgeable and a bit pushy; but I was going to give her the benefit of doubt anyway. She was to come by last Friday but never showed. I didnt get a courtesy call or e-mail from her and certainly no apologies. I took the day off and had spent all week preparing for our appointment. This was so upsetting. I can go on but enough said.... I would definitely never use this realtor in seeing how unprofessional she has already shown me to be. In my opinion, I would be very wary in hiring Brittany Zapitz. This seems to support what was posted in Yelp about her office by another realtor Unfortunately, and in my opinion, Charles Rutenberg Realty Orlando is no longer the quality operation that it was when I joined over four and one-half years ago.
