Our buying experience would not have been near as smooth without Brandon, which came with an extremely quick close. He was on top of every detail throughout the process, especially regarding follow-up of the inspection repairs. He would even find out information before we asked the question. For example, we were thinking about paying for an upgrade while a repair was being made. Before I mentioned it to Brandon, he told me he had gotten a quote from the vendor just in case we wanted to know. Also, Brandons professional network really comes in handy. He has relationships with very qualified people who are instrumental in the buying process, such as inspectors and insurance contacts. If he doesnt know someone or not familiar with something, he will do the research to find the information quickly. Finally, one of the best things about Brandon is his communication with his clients. Our experience with Brandon was truly a breath of fresh air. As first-time home buyers, everything was new and a bit overwhelming. We needed to move quickly, but we never felt rushed.
