Brittany Patrick was an excellent choice for a real estate professional. The entire process of selling a home was made very simple by Brittany. Her knowledge and expertise of the local real estate market helped with the negotiation of selling a property at the market rate. I liked that she was very responsive to any question that are family had and was excellent with keeping everyone updated throughout the entire process. I really think she went out of her way to accommodate all interested parties. I highly recommend choosing Brittany Patrick as your agent.

Brittany was a great realtor that I highly recommend. She sold our house very quickly. I called the agency to consider listing our house and Brittany was able to meet with me at our home within a couple days. She took great photographs that really showed our homes potential. Brittany offered a few suggestions, such as painting a couple rooms and freshening up the basement that really contributed to selling our home. It may sound simple, but we had the house listed as for sale by owner and then with a different realtor with no luck. Brittanys suggestions, photographs and her abilities as a realtor made all the difference. She was pleasant and friendly, while being completely professional at all times. She had a great way of describing our home and its features to potential buyers. She was motivated and held several open houses. She was prompt with any issues that arose. After finding a buyer, she worked hard to get our closing expedited. Brittany did not wait for someone to buy our home, she SOLD our home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I had a very difficult property to sell - it was old...not in great shape...and off the "beaten track" but Brittany did an outstanding job in marketing the property and locating a buyer. Transaction was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Brittany as your agent. So glad I chose her.

My significant other and I worked with Brittany for nearly a year on purchasing a property. Brittany was extremely patient throughout the process and multiple contract extensions. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and went out of her way many times to help us complete our purchase. Thank you, Brittany and Ryen Realty!

My wife and I asked Brittany to do the impossible. Locate a river front lot in or around Karthaus, PA. We chose Brittany to be our Buyer's Agent. Brittany accepted the challenge. She immediately did the local research and reached out in several different ways to vacant lot owners. During this process she educated us about the local comparables.Brittany quickly succeeded in locating a willing seller (over 2000 miles away in Texas--no less). She also kept us informed about her efforts and her results. With Brittany's expertise, we were able to negotiate with the seller and agreed upon a price for the lot. Now, my wife and I have fulfilled a long dream of owning a perfect river front lot on the amazingly beautiful West Branch of the Susquehanna River. If you want to quickly buy or sell a property with an agent who is responsive and professional, sign up with Brittany Patrick of Ryen Realty!

I have been working with Brittany for about a year and a half now and she has been wonderful. She has answered all of my questions, which I had MANY. She was always there and very helpful with the prices of buying our first home. I would recommend her to anyone that is in the need of a realtor for buying and or selling a property.
