ZillowVERIFIED First and foremost, I would like to say that I knew Brittany before we knew we would be selling our home. Making an out of state move can be incredibly hectic. There are so many different variables that can come into play but when we started looking for a realtor and needed recommendations, we were bomboarded with others who just wanted to sell out home for the profits it could gain. Brittany reached out to me, (or it could have been the other way around where I reached out to her, I truly cant remember at this point anymore) but what won us over is the fact that we were never pressured to sell our home. Brittany made it possible for me and my husband to keep our sanity during this buying process!! In our situation, we were downsizing and had very particular needs in a new condo and Brittany always knew what to look for, and had the patience of a saint!! We looked at about many, many condos before we found the one! She was always very prompt, knowledgeable and always had a positive outlook. We knew our needs were her #1 priority. Our closing was tedious as the property was in foreclosure proceedings, but Brittney always went above and beyond what was necessary. Towards the end of our closing, the pressure was on and we there was a missing document (on the seller side), and Brittney went to extent of of driving miles out of her way to obtain the necessary documentation right in time for closing!! This is our 5th purchase, and by far, Brittney is the best realtor we've worked with. She's what we like to call TOP NOTCH!!! Highly recommended for all of your buying needs!!!
