ZillowVERIFIED I typically never do surveys or review unless the person/service is exceptionally good or bad. In the case of Brittany she was Great! In a rental market that to be blunt was absolutely horrible, she went above and beyond contacting agents/complexes, driving all over to Facetime me as she toured apartments for me from 3000 miles away, and was prompt to respond even when I forgot about the 3 hour time difference between us. She never hesitated in dealing with the various agents and managers and helping with everything I asked for. I would definitely work with her again!
